Beautiful hotel with a lot of character. Free breakfast in the morning with an ocean view from their dining room. It's a typical continental breakfast but with lots of good options! The pool area is beautiful with lots of places to sit and a hot tub. There's a pier for folks to fish or just sit and watch the sunrise - we even saw dolphins one day! All the rooms have full kitchens and balcony's. We LOVE this hotel and will be back the next time we come to Rockport!

Nothing comes to mind. We'd like to try a room located on the bottom floor on the bay side next visit. Our view was looking over the outdoor garden and at the parking lot.

We love the pool area. Staff was very friendly and supportive. Breakfast was good.

The A/C was a little loud and the bath could use a little upgrading. But we really liked the feeling of the Inn.

The Inn was delightful, it reminded me of the movie "Somewhere in Time". We were on the water and just loved it. The breakfast was really good. The little reading room was nice.

My door to the patio/balcony needed a new doorknob. It literally pulled apart when opening the door. I was at the hotel 2 years ago, everything looked fresher. I enjoyed it, but ready for an upgrade.

I like the atmosphere-feels very homey.

Great location and convenient to get to different parts of Rockport. The Staff was courteous and worked with us when we had to leave a day early due to a family emergency. Definitely going back!

Could have used different choice in pillows and the refrigerator smelled a little funky . But overall we enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay. Loved the room we stayed in. Right on top of the water which is what we wanted. So very relaxing and quiet. My husband and I celebrated our 41st anniversary there so it was a beautiful quiet room. Away from noise or distraction.

The only thing we did not like was the cost of the dinner, we only ate at the restaurant once due to the prices, for what it was worth. The food was good, but it should have been half the price. Overall, a great stay!

Very clean and charming! We had a delightful stay! The room was serviced while we were out at the beach, breakfast was delicious and complimentary, and dinner was good (but a little overpriced). Casey was particularly very kind at the front desk, and we will be back to stay for our next visit to Rockport! Family friendly, but we saw many couples as well. The dining area is very pretty with a beautiful bay view. No complaints!

Pool water looked cloudy - not clean. One morning hot breakfast was not provided because the cook didn’t show up to work. Only one cook is available???

The full hot breakfast - on the days it was available - that is included with your stay. Really like that gas grills are available for cooking outside - if propane is available. The room and bathroom were very clean!

It was my first time in Rockport, so I wasn't aware that you could not get into the water at the hotel. When the hotel was on the water, I thought we would be able to swim in the ocean there. Also, the check-in time was 4pm. Most places I have been to, if your room is ready, they will let you in early. The Lighthouse Inn had an early check-in fee if your room was ready and you checked in early.

The hotel is right on the water with beautiful big windows to see the water while you eat breakfast. I loved this! Breakfast was great and started really early ( 6am some days), which allowed us to get out on the water to fish. The staff was helpful and polite. The pool was great, and had pool towels so you didn't have to bring your own. I also loved the access to the peer right in front of the hotel. The air conditioner worked well, but was really loud. It didn't bother me, but I could see some not liking that. The toilet would keep running if we didn't jiggle the handle. Overall, we had a great experience.

It was a wonderful experience! We had booked with a different hotel down the street initially, but it was unclean and we immediately asked for a refund and booked here within 5 min! It was clean, the pool was beautiful, and the breakfast was yummy. The best part was the 24/7 access to the pier for fishing! We definitely had some family bonding here fishing all night!

when we got there the lift wasnt working (the staff very helpfully carried our bags up the stairs).

Breakfast was the standard buffet breakfast you would expect in a hotel of this size (eggs, suasage / bacon, Biscuits and Gravy). Staff were very helpful. They had a lovely cold water fountain in the reception for the guests
