Room was clean and nicely appointed. Linens were ready and available for the pull out bed. Only downside is the air conditioner is quite loud when it kicks on and runs. May bother a light sleeper. Pool area was very nice.

Older hotel on outside but the rooms have been redone, and converted into suites. Very nice and comfy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The riverfront is close by.

Beautifully decorated! Seems recently remodeled, and it was wonderfully done. Loved the keyless entry and the texting option to communicate. It was immaculately clean. It was spacious and beautiful.

The "table" in the living room area had no room for your legs (hard to describe but, it was a large, squat, brass cylinder with a vertical outer side that doesn't allow you to tuck your feet or legs under to get close to it). The air intake for the central HVAC (nicely up to date and efficient!) was mounted directly on the thin wall shared by the utility closet and living room, making it very loud while operating.

Honestly can’t think of a thing.

We loved the fine finishes as well as the ample space of two adjoining rooms. The bidet with a heated seat was a nice surprise. The large bed was comfortable. The large shower with a rolling glass door was next level. The furniture and decor theme was anything but pedestrian. Easy access with an assigned code for the door lock. All this and it’s just a few blocks from Mark Twain’s childhood home and museum. We enjoyed the kind of amenities one would expect to pay much more for.

No furniture with drawers in which to fully unpack. No grab bars in shower and no place to place my own personal bar soap in the shower. TV remote controls required an engineering degree to work as no instructions were provided. Eventually I figured it out.

Very convenient location. Loved having a very large space to move about in both living room and bedroom. Huge stall shower was much appreciated. Large TV screens very clear. Strong wi-fi. Very comfortable bed.

It still seemed to need some work around the areas the walkways along the front of the rooms seemed unfinished. We had a price discrepancy from what booking said I would owe to what the hotel charged us. I’m not sure if they gave me an upgrade from what I reserved But they were only able to refund a portion of the price difference, which was $6.18 total and they refunded around four dollars.

The air conditioning was a little loud and hard to hear the TV when watching a movie at night. Also, wasn't sure how to regulate air conditioning. It was comfortable in the room for the most part. Nice to have the fan in the bedroom also for more white noise and a little air.

Great location. Close to everything downtown. Wonderful redesign. Even used the pool which was great.

The air conditioner/furnace was located in a small room between the kitchenette and living area. When it was running you couldn't hear the TV or hold a normal conversation. Didn't seem to be a problem sleeping in the bedroom.

Place was recently remodeled. Clean and easy to access. Close to downtown.

The floor with the people upstairs was very noisy and sounded like a herd of elephants on top of us. The air conditioner sounded like a jet engine and woke us up every time it went on and off. And from what I can tell this place was meant for long-term workers to stay in not as a tourist vacation spot.

The room was very well, decorated and very lovely and that’s all I can say good about it.

Bathroom sink pipe leaked. Carpet in bedroom and floor next to bed had layer of white dust. Definitely needed to be vacuumed. Would be great if instructions to TV were included as TV set-up is super challenging. As additional rooms become available parking and entry/exit to property will be more challenging. Only one entry/exit and it is super narrow, you really need to exit under awning which is where guests park to register. Also, not enough parking next to building so some guests have to park parallel. Of course, this will lead to challenges if other guests don't leave enough room for you to exit. Also, concerns with guests next to building backing into you since you're parked behind them. Outdoor pool is super tiny, about size of 2 hot tubs. Front desk wasn't interested in helping with any recommendations. Only 1 handrail to landing, no handrail from landing to apt. Difficult for older person without handrail.

Decor in room is nice. We stayed in apt room. Very large, well equipped kitchen. Room darkening blinds were nice. Even though literally right on 4 lane road, road noise after 11pm/before 6am is minimal. Property is located close to several attractions, could easily walk to these attractions. Actually if you don't mind a little longer walk, you could walk downtown, too.
