United StatesThere is no pool, just two large hot tubs with no views. The breakfast buffet is good but could use more variety each morning (same thing every morning other than one or two items)
Best location in Snowmass, right next to the Gondola and short walk to the Village Express chair for skiing. The ice rink is right outside the front door and you can walk to multiple restaurants in the base village. Ski rental is also located next door and there is a ski valet inside the hotel.

United StatesThe beds were a little firm for my own personal comfort, but obviously that is particular to me and my family. The only other thing that I would recommend as an improvement is giving better directions to finding the hotel. We drove from Denver, and it is quite confusing trying to find the hotel from the car. The only access point is through the underground garage and, since we didn't know that ahead of time, we drove past it several times trying to figure out how to get to the hotel. Once we figured it out, it wasn't a big deal; just that initial discovery was difficult. I think this could be alleviated by letting guests know ahead of time when they receive their reservation reminder. Other than that, no complaints!
This is an exceptional hotel. It is clean, comfortable, and quiet. The daily - and included! - breakfast is great and it even includes gluten free bread options. The location is central. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. We also really enjoyed using the hot tub in the evening. The hotel was very family- and dog-friendly! We look forward to coming back on future trips to the area.

United StatesWould prefer more non-dairy options at breakfast. Maybe having some non-dairy butter or cream cheese would delight your guests; non-dairy pastries as well. It's really not too much harder than just having dairy as default for everything.
The hotel rooms were nicely appointed and there was plenty of space.
