We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

The metal framed bed. It was uncomfortable and made a lot of noise even when just rolling in bed.

The hallway and elevator were extremely hot.

The pool really small. 6 kids with pool toys and there was no room to just float Acme relax. Not hotels fault, of course

It shows a pool and hot tub on the website, that's the reason we picked this hotel. Once we arrived the hot tub looks like it has been unusable for quite a while. The breakfast was very disappointing there was nothing really to eat besides biscuits and gravy and waffles.

The water did not drain in the tub. We spoke to someone this morning so I'm sure they will take care of it. The shower had great pressure. Otherwise, it was a nice stay. Will stay there again.
It looks like it had been remodeled lately and was clean and beautiful. Bed was comfy and nice room size. I like it when the sink is separate from the bath area. Small breakfast but adequate. There is a Dennys next door but we had their biscuits and gravy, waffles and cereal yogurt.

The fridge didn’t work! We had leftovers from dinner and if we didn’t have a cooler in the car we wouldn’t have been able to keep them. Very disappointing. 1 pouch of regular coffee and 1 pouch of decaffeinated coffee is not enough coffee if you have 2 people in the room. Breakfast didn’t start until 7 and needed coffee earlier than that time so more pouches in room would be better.
Close to expressway, clean, walking distance for food, bling in lobby was a nice attraction to the decor. Safe area. Room was nicely decorated, comfortable, clean, well stocked, (Dove brand shampoo, conditioner AND body wash. Coffee pot , microwave, hairdryer and fridge were the main reasons I picked this place.

Breakfast was a little sparce. It was 45 minutes till they stopped serving and they didn't refill few things. Eating area was clean.
Quiet, comfortable. The staff was very helpful and brought us things we asked for in a timely manner. The room was perfect size for a small family to get together for the evening.

Other than breakfast, I wast satisfied overall.
Location good. Not happy with breakfast. Sausage patties too greasy and no other meat offerings. Why no eggs? Scrambled? Suggest you have items that those of us who have dietary issues, (dairy free) can also partake in breakfast.

I am a cripple person. The bed was too high. It was difficult to get onto without help. A person in a wheelchair and bad legs could not use the bed. The TV remote was not the best. I have seen these in some other motels and volume can be difficult to control. I saw no Gideon Bible in the room. Too much Buddhist material.
Our breakfast was very good. We were in a handicap room. The layout of the bathroom was great. The bedroom was good.
