Location is amazing, walkable to everywhere. Clean room overall and staff is very helpful.

The first night was a little noisy as our room was facing Ocean Ave. The room doesn’t have AC so we just plugged the standing fan. We left the window open slightly to get cooler but was a little turned off by the street noise.

Fantastic place! I stayed during the Concours D'Elegance and the room has huge compared to what I normally can get for the price. Lovely details like branded glassware, coffee in the room was good. Very comfy bed and great pillows. Modern bathroom. Great staff who helped out a lot. AND PARKING - for this event, that's worth its weight on gold!

The staff throughout our stay were absolutely wonderful. They were very warm and courteous. We felt welcomed, so much so that I'm looking forward to return as soon as my schedule will allow. I've already recommended your property to others. In short, we were well pleased. Thank you.

The location is beautiful and convenient for exploring the Monterey Peninsula. The check-in process was smooth and the property itself has potential in a nice setting.

The room had extremely thin walls that made sleep nearly impossible due to constant noise from neighboring guests. I found a large cockroach in the room, which was shocking and disgusting - I should have taken a picture but was too stunned to think clearly at the moment. Most disappointing was the complete lack of follow-up from management despite reporting these serious issues, and the front desk staff member at checkout didn't even acknowledge the problems I had reported, forcing me to bring them up myself after she ignored my voicemail and booking.com message. I was told the manager would reach out, I haven't heard anything.

Breakfast was ok, pastries were very fresh. I would have preferred a card on the tray for the next day’s order, for the option to change my selections. I liked the proximity to the shops and beach~ very walkable. However, the location on Beach St. was too noisy in the mornings, and for that reason I would choose a different location next time away from Beach.

Location in town good (though room location noisy) & croissant was nice.

We got assigned a noisy ground-floor ADA room off parking lot with no view, not upper level with view that we booked. When I asked about getting the room we reserved, staff said they could help if you booked directly, but because we booked through Booking.com they wouldn't move us. They also told us they couldn't guarantee parking because the hotel was full, even though it's included in price on booking.com. Woken up at 7am on a Saturday by parking lot noise.

It was a beautiful property and the rooms were clean and well kept.
