Really, no issues.

Great location not too far from the University where I was working on a 12 day visit. There is shopping nearby. Very clean and well serviced and maintained. Quiet! Excellent housekeeping. Spacious and relaxing room. Good bed with firm mattress! Really felt like home rather than some generic hotel.

The shower head was a little too high and it was very strong and hard to adjust for a shorter person. Everything else was wonderful.

I loved everything about the property. The rooms are so spacious and clean. The bed was so comfortable and I slept solidly every night.

A bit of a maze getting through the hotel but was able to navigate it. Frankly we would drive around to the front rather than get lost in the inside.

The layout of the property felt a bit inconvenient, with parking farther from my room in the back corner—especially challenging when carrying luggage in the heat. The air conditioning could have been stronger, and the bathrooms tended to stay warm.

I enjoyed the beautiful landscaping and the fun walking paths, which made it easy to spot local plants and lizards. While nothing about the property stood out as exceptional, it was comfortable and pleasant overall.

Food and service were excellent. Overall, it was one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at. We especially enjoyed the pool and having the convenience to go to many nearby sights to visit. Very comfortable hotel.

The staff never did answer the phone at the front desk when we called. And there is no staff available other than the security guard after 11:00 p.m. until 7:00 a.m.

The campus and the casigas are beautiful. It's very quaint. The casitas are cool but the other rooms are just kind of like hotel rooms.

Nothing I did not like. Met my expectations in every way. Room and service were excellent.

Room was very comfortable and ambiance was great. The hotel, pool and library were all very nice. In fact, one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed at. I would definitely recommend. The price was very reasonable for the luxury you get and the restaurant was outstanding.

This was a winner. The facility is beautiful. The pictures are accurate. The pool amazing. The restaurant is not to be missed. The rooms are big and have the fireplace in them. We also had a suite with a beautiful patio.

We wish we had known how nice Lodge on the Desert was while planning our trip so we could have booked another night! We were really disappointed we had to leave!

Lodge on the Desert is no cookie-cutter hotel. It has beautiful southwestern-inspired details, a fireplace in the room (not that we needed it with a temperature of 103!), a nice balcony off the room, quaint 8-room clusters tucked among wandering paths and flowering plants. The room was large, quiet, and impeccably clean with plenty of hot water for the shower. Loved the bed, sheets, and thick, fluffy towels. The pet area was grassy and nicely cared for, a bonus for our dog who isn't used to doing her business on desert sand. The on-site restaurant had a great menu, and the margaritas hit the spot after 600+ miles on I-10! It was like being at a resort!
