Not able to use pool area because of a Mexican group having a party

We loved our cabin, but they really need to do some updating. We stayed at the same one last year and there is still a door handle off. Air conditioners are kind of loud and the furniture isn’t very comfy in the living room.

We stayed here last year and really enjoyed it, the vocation is great and the property is very quiet.

The beds were a bit uncomfortable and there were not very many pillows and the pillows were not great. It would have also been good to have a toilet plunger. Would also have been nice to add a foot stool or something that you could put your feet up in the living room

Sink stopper in master bedroom kept slipping down preventing water from draining. Too dark in living room area. If you turned fan light on, it was way too bright.

Close to lake and Silver Dollar City. Pool on premises.

There wasn’t anyone there (office) on the premises for check-in. Nor was there any signage with phone numbers to get assistance. When I finally got a phone number, I was told we needed to check in at another location. Very inconvenient and frustrating after an all day drive to get here from Illinois.

The check-in is located on a completely different property that was not mentioned in any of my booking details. That took an extra 30 minutes to travel over there, check in, and drive back. The check in lady was real nice but then I was sent to another desk for my parking pass and got hit with a timeshare pitch (even though she said it wasn't a timeshare, it was a "rental platform", It gave me ick Worldmark vibes). I declined and she offered $200 and a weeks stay at any of their resorts. No thanks. despite mentioning it "wasn't a time share presentation" she tried hard to get me to go but after the 3rd no she let me have my pass and I went to my room. There were no linens for the pull out sofa so I called to get them replaced, no big deal. She said she would send someone to do so. After waiting an hour we called back but no answer, had to leave a message. No one ever came. My son ended up sleeping with my car blanket and towels to keep warm. I called again the next day to ask for linens and they finally sent someone later but only sent sheets they never brought a blanket 🤷‍♀️ The handle on the bedroom door (a lever type) was situated in such a way that you can't shut the door from the inside of the room (because the lever faces toward the frame instead of the body of the door).

It was a lovely setting. The room was comfortable overall. Very close to attractions we wanted to see. The kitchen was a great bonus so we didn't have to eat out for every meal. The provided kitchen ware was just as needed. The toiletries seemed good quality though I didn't use them, my son thought they worked well. The pool was very nice. Having an indoor pool as well is a plus.

Finding where to check in was difficult. You need to update your listing as it seems like part of it has been sold to another company. List of amenities is inaccurate Handrail on balcony was loose.

We needed bedding for the sofa bed, which was not in the room. We had to drive back to the check in desk(which was 5 miles away) to get it. Once there, we had to wait over 45 minutes for someone to bring it to the front desk. Also, when we checked in we were told that the amenities were not available and that we would need to drive to their other property to use the pool, playground, etc. They were only willing to compensate us a portion of the stay IF we sat in on their 2 hour time share presentation. We declined. Once we were back at our property, we found out that we were able to use the nice pool. So don’t fall for it! Also, ask for the bedding for the sofa bed when you check in.

The location was perfect. Very close to SDC. It was quiet, clean and the pool was a big hit with my granddaughter. We felt very much at home. We would definitely stay here again

The walkway into the condo had loose boards. They were warped and buckled very easy to trip on them.

One of the upstairs sinks was clogged and slow draining most of the trip. The playground was very sad, and while we loved the ability to use the pool at Stormy Point Village, it was sad that there wasn't an outside pool to use at the lodges.

It was nice that every bedroom had a bathroom. The screened in porch with additional eating was great, and the view was amazing! The kitchen was well stocked and made for easy cooking.
