The only thing I didn’t like is the distance our room was from the pool. We had to get in our vehicle and drive to the other building. but other than that it was wonderful.

Check in office is under construction, if you arrive especially at night you will get the notion of a cheap motel somewhere in the village. You will then Realize property is cool.. compared with others in the area. First impression may throw you off big time!

This location has no restaurant at the property, but the area is very welcoming for people travelling with kids or just wanting to go rest and enjoy a quiet time. Bring your own food. We loved the activity area, it's engaging with fun games and is cool to chill with the kids.

loved the location. had everything to make a home away from home. staff was so welcoming. the staff members for the game room were very courteous towards our family, playing games with the kids, starting movies for us, and helping us with the escape room because we are dumb. it was the best trip!

Bathroom towel rack was unreachable from my wheelchair. Doorways were too narrow for a wheelchair to pass through. Layout of the room was not great for someone in a wheelchair.

No restaurant when we arrived on the premises. After a 5 hr drive the ad showed the food and guess we just assumed we could eat there.

Our only complaint is that the WiFi was not working the entire week we were there and this was bad only because my husband had to bring a work laptop with him to check on things every morning and afternoon for his company and we had to use our personal hotspots on our phones for him to do this which was a come and go for signal. We had asked the staff several times about the issue only to get told they had no idea what was going on and they were sorry for the inconvenience.

It was a nice and quiet spot that felt set back and out of the way while at the same time being only a few minutes from everything we wanted to do in Branson, I think the longest drive was about 30 minutes. The Villa was clean and very nice with a modern cabin feel. The fireplaces in the living room and bedroom were great to have in the chilly mornings and nights. We loved the huge shower and tub. Staff was very polite.

Check-in was a little late. They allowed us to "pre- check in, but we waited a little while after 4 p.m. until it was ready. We also had a leak during our birthday dinner in the master suite. The staff was prompt to address. Coffee maker also did not work, which made for a slow morning. They also addressed this promptly so the next guests would not have to encounter this issue. All in all, it was great. Staff went above and beyond

The walls are thin, you can hear your neighbors' conversations, but other than that everything was great.

My reservation was slightly messed up, but the staff went above and beyond and speedily fix it. Our stay was amazing
