The food was a bit disappointing. I have been here quite a few times and always satisfied, but this time the 2 meals I ate there were not at the same standard. Perhaps they changed chefs?

We stayed for three nights, in three rooms. Kept having problems with keys shutting off. But When I brought them down, it was fixed immedaitely.

First, check in was a breeze. I travel a lot for business, so I'm almost an expert at this. Our three rooms were, as requested, close together. We went to the pool immediately. A bit breezy up there, but beautiful. We ordered lunch from the lovely bar staff, and I had possibly the best caesar salad I've ever had. My kids also loved their meals. Breakfast could not have been better. Healthy options, interesting flavors but also "normal" enough that even my picky eater son was delighted. The location was perfect for us: a quick jaunt to the city, but also a quick jaunt to the zoo. Walking around the property was a lovely experience. I was ready to buy a condo (until I saw how much they go for!). The rooms were very clean, well thought out and functional. I shared a room with my daughter and we were not on top of each other at all. Beds were comfortable, and the in-room thermostats actually worked, as opposed to some hotels where you can change it all you like, it's not actually changing room temp. Other facilities were top notch. This place is worth it.

absolutely perfect—right in the heart of the city, with easy access to popular attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail, making sure my stay was comfortable and stress-free. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, with a modern design that still felt cozy. Housekeeping was consistent and thorough throughout my stay. The hotel also offers a variety of amenities that enhance the experience. On top of that, the surrounding area is full of charming restaurants and cozy cafés, perfect for exploring local flavors and relaxing after a day out.

The location is a bit far from Brickell, downtown Miami, and Miami Beach, and traffic can delay your journey significantly. A few minor improvements like disposable slippers in the bedroom would have been appreciated. I also wanted to rent one of the bicycles outside the hotel but couldn't register on the app with a non-US number. Not the hotel's fault, but a note to resolve for future guests.

I really liked the hotel in general, it has a nice business ambiance and spacious rooms with comfortable beds. The area is very modern and is nice to walk around. There are a few grocery stores nearby and several coffee shops & restaurants. They also managed to let me check in early, which was great after taking a long flight.

Fantastic hotel. Rooms were large and very nicely furnished. Staff was great. Very helpful at reception, dining, housekeeping and bellman. All with a smile on their face. Would totally stay at hotel again. I loved it.

The only thing I can think of to be improved is pillows. Way too tall. Should at least have a couple of options to relieve neck pain.

Location, decor, room size, furnishings, how friendly and attentive the staff is. This will be my hotel for Miami trips from now on.
