We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Overall I lived this. I have had better breakfast selections at smaller scale and less expensive hotels/inns, but I could find something to eat. My main complaint was noise. Our room on the second floor could hear music at night till about 11 pm and it was annoying. Other guests were not quiet and there was pounding on our ceiling at night. The halls were not carpeted and anyone coming down the hall at any hour made quite a loud noise. I was awoken during the night often from noises in the inn.

Morning noise from a shower in an adjacent room compromised sleep. 2. Lighting is very poor in the room and available lighting was compromised by burnt out lightbulbs
