The sofa bed cushions were filthy and the mattress horrible. The king size bed was very comfortable. There were not cups for coffee when we went down for breakfast, and no one at the front desk to provide any.

Harry at check in was most pleasant and accommodating.

We stayed in hotels for 4 nights en route from Calgary to south east Idaho. Your hotel was the most expensive and rated the lowest of the four. Your evening manager when we checked-in was NO credit to your organisation! In your business serve is most important

Take forever to get any hot water for the shower. Ran the water for a long time got the water temp to luke warm. Husband had the same problem to start off then boiling hot water rushing out at him, Breakfast was disappointing,

Shower: there was a hand held shower that was a replacement for a hand held shower that use to be there. Not easy to reach high enough, but managed. Not able to attached the hand held shower sprayer to the holder/peg that was used for the previous/original hand held shower sprayer. Other than that, all was good.

Room was very clean n' tidy. Staff were most helpful, polite and professional.

The rooms need a bit of modernisation. There is a saw mill of some kind at the back so expect machinery to wake you.

Good location for exploring the Lolo area. Spacious room and decent facilities. Nice friendly staff. Local restaurant choices are limited but there is a good Chinese takeaway across the road and a supermarket within walking distance.

Lobby, eating area, and common hallways were dirty. Desperately needed vacuuming and wiped down. We asked for clean towels the second day of our stay and did not get them so we had to go back to the front desk to get them.

The refrigerator and the fan heater was making noise and when they kicked on, it woke me up. It was kind of plus the shower head was busted and the first three days. I had cold water to take a shower with.

Trouble with the TV a promised breakfast they ran out of waffle mix and had just a little biscuit and gravy a few sausages but nothing to really enjoy. Otherwise it was fine

First "non-smoking" room we entered smelled like an ash tray. Desk clerk moved us to a better room. There was a strong smell of "weed" in the hall from another room. Security light outside our window was placed so it cast bright light even through closed drapes.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was perfect for visiting our son. Breakfast bar was appreciated.

There was a bright light outside the window that the curtains could’t block out. And the heater was super noisy. So we didn’t sleep as good as we could’ve.
