Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesThere was a giant hole in the wall by the sink. Roaches. Spiders. The bathroom door was broken you couldnt shut it. The tv remote didnt work. Got a new one from the office and that one didnt work either. A couple if noghts ago i stay there in another room and the tv didnt have a power cord. The microwaves power cord was cut. There were needle caps in the bathtub grain. Just disgusting.

United StatesThe room smelled old and musty, like no one had even been in it for years. The air was heavy & stale and the room was so dirty I was afraid to touch anything. I had to get air freshener from the car to spray in there just to tolerate the smell, but it didn't last long. There were roaches crawling around, so I didn't take anything into the room other than my purse and make-up bag because I didn't want to leave with any extra passengers. I wish there had been a chair in the room so I didn't even have to sit on the bed, but there wasn't. I left the property entirely just to use the restroom because I didn't want to use the one in the room. The room itself could use a thorough cleaning from top to bottom and the door needs to be left open for awhile to air the place out and get rid of that smell in there because it's terrible. Had I been traveling with children, I'd have demanded a refund and gone elsewhere. I was very disappointed because upon entering the lobby I commented to the clerk on how clean the place smelled. Had the room smelled like the lobby, I could have tolerated everything else and my review would have read much differently.
The only thing I liked about the place was the staff and the location.

United StatesStaff responsiveness and speed of checking in. The lock box was bad on the initial room and it was freezing cold outside. The staff member was very slow to make and keys and even went to the room to check it himself before getting a new room. A well trained staff member would have know what rooms close by were available and moved quickly to get us into that room rather than make us walk back and forth from the room in the freezing cold and then make us keys and make a snynd remark like would you like the room to be free, but just joking....
