One thing that was very disturbing was a couple in the Jacuzzi both nights of our stay that were being very inappropriate sexually. It was so bad, me, my daughter and her friends had to leave. Being at the pool is a huge part of what they were looking forward to, so that was disappointing.

Convenient location that is just outside the hustle and bustle. Quiet. Amenities abundant and staff pleasant and helpful. We took a free class on what a vortex is and also water aerobics. So many things to do just say the location.

Our request for a shower seat was ignored, but no problem -- our ice chest worked just as well. A jutting-out overhead cabinet made use of the kitchen sink awkward for anyone much over 5'4".

Our thanks to check-in clerk Soren Pape, who upgraded us to a suite at no extra charge. Thanks also to "Hilton hospitality group ownership plan purchase consultant" (or "timeshare guide," or whatever her title is) Kylee -- unsure of her name; she is young, attractive, friendly, and 5'10" -- who made what can be an ordeal into a pleasure. Thanks for the quick non-emergency plumbing work which our bathroom sink needed. We asked for help when we checked in, and the job was done the next day when we were out of the room.

Unfortunately, the onsite Spoke and Wheel restaurant food was MEH!!! Staff was friendly, which made it pleasant, however, this restaurant will not be on my list to eat when I return. I am unsure if it is part of the resort though.

The resort is getting a little dated, although they are working on upgrading the facilities. Some of the buildings have quite a few steps to reach your room (no elevators), so be sure to let them know if you need something on the ground floor when you book.

Property rooms are dated and dark. Spa, for the money needs to be upgraded, ie: provide a tour of the facility amenities upon arrival, fill out check in sheets before putting items in locker as many people need their reading glasses to fill this out, offer snacks, not just water. This property definitely needs a pool restaurant and bar that caters to the spa. No need for daily maid service. However, daily service for trash and fresh towels would be a huge plus!

Great location. Didn't use the pool. Spa was nice. Room was comfortable. AC worked well. New appliances. Gardens were beautiful.

Parking was a bit strange but definitely workable. Construction is ongoing but totally understandable as they were updating. pool area and hot tub were excellent as was the aerobics class.

Front desk staff was wonderful, especially Jonnier! Everything was fresh and clean. Property was very quiet and peaceful.
