We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesYou do not have access to the garage. We assumed we did but looking back I do not see it listed that you do, however, it is a part of the pictures and we assumed it was. We brought e-bikes and thought we could store them there.
The location was amazing. A short bike ride to Flagler Ave and steps from the Ocean. Incredibly comfortable guesthouse, decorated so cute! The management service was incredible. A real shout out to Dan who handled everything and was there for us if we had any questions or needed anything throughout our stay!

United StatesWifi was spotty at times, There is no stove-top or oven. This isn't explicitly advertised, but if you don't look at the pictures carefully, you may be fooled by what appears to be a full kitchen. This unit also popped up when we filtered the booking search for "kitchen facilities" so we were surprised when we showed up and found the cooking set-up lacking. There is, however, an electric griddle to make up for it. Other items we wish were there were a hot pot, more storage room (shelves, dresser, etc) so you aren't forced to live out of your suitcase. There also isn't an interior window shade/curtains on the interior of the main large street-facing door/window. There is a sun-shade which you can access from the outside, but it's a minor inconvenience to have to go outside to raise or lower it.
Great Location. Quick response from host. Easy, straightforward check-in. Apartment was clean, most outfitting seemed new or nearly so. Lots of towels, including beach towels was nice.
