We did have to pay extra for valet parking. Luckily we only had our rental car for one night. If you plan on walking and ride share, which we did most of our stay, this is an excellent location.

The price for a week was reasonable and included a wine and beer tasting in the evening. The location was excellent, within walking distance to everything we needed, including fireworks over the ocean on Friday. Our room had a well stocked kitchenette and s beautiful view.

it's a bit old and the pool is small , too deep for kids . but they have much more pros.

The room has kitchen with stove, sink, toaster and microwave etc. moreover they got a balcony with city view for the affordable price. great location.

The rooms in the property are in need of a facelift. The resort fees and taxes in Hawaii are becoming laughable if it didn’t hurt so much! Traffic and construction noise, as well as “nomadic” homeless in the vicinity are negatives!

The location and staff are excellent! Good for walking and access to the beach about ten minutes away. restaurants and groceries not too far away if you do a quick internet search. WiFi is adequate and hospitality nights M,W,F where you get “almost free” wine, beer and cheese, as well as live music for one hour, is included in your resort fee.

Had to pay 35 dollars per day for amenity fee (amenity was some toilet products that we did not need but did not have a choice and they do not replenish so basically 2 days we spent 70 dollars for one small shampoo, one small conditioner and other couple of things).

Nice location, could walk to Waikiki beach and reach it in few minutes. Nice activities in the hotel (such as live music, wine tasting, cheese tasting and so on). Friendly staff. Nice gym with view. BBQ area and nice small swimming pool. Did not visit the SPA so I cannot reply. Nice apples and water at the reception. Staff is very friendly!

There was no microwave in our room and the coffee maker didn't work, so I couldn't make hot tea.

I loved the location. We are retired military, so I liked being so close to the Hale Koa. I loved the kitchen in the room. We had a city view with an ocean view. Amazing. The staff was so kind and helpful.

when people go to Hawaï they mostly rent a car so when you look at a property, when you see in the description in green the inclusion so when you see close beach, you see wifi , you see parking , well you don’t expect to pay 40$ US /day for parking iwhen you’re already a guest …

Only on-site parking is $45/night valet. Off-site in public lots is $79/night! If you’re paying close to $300/night for a room that hasn’t been renovated since the 90’s, really parking should be included in the charge.

Amenities tax should be optional cause it comes with useless perks. Furniture could use a new coat of paint. Really noisy location, room AC, neighbour AC, construction across the street during the day and traffic noise 24h, worse during the weekends when prople are racing at night so prepare some ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.

Clean rooms and friendly staff, close proximity to one of the beat beaches. Well stocked kitchen.

The bed was small, although it was supposed to be a queen it felt like a full sized bed and the pillows were not great.

Overall really enjoyed our stay here. The view from our balcony was great, it was close walking distance to everything, the gym was clean, and the staff was welcoming. Even loved the wine and cheese party!

We only had 4 nights so no cleaning support. Worked OK but may be tight for some situations.

Perfect location for our purposes. Loved the beautiful park view. Well appointed kitchenette was helpful. Front desk always friendly and helpful. Small but pleasant pool area.
