I had a two queen bed room (for reference), the bathroom is on the small side one person at a time for sure, but there is a mirror on the wall next to the bathroom, and the beds for my family were on the hard side, but plenty of pillows made up for it.

Location, staff and cleanliness were all great for me and my family. I had a last minute/late check in and front desk/valet were accommodating and very nice. The housekeeping aunties were so sweet and very respectful of the DND sign when it was in place.

The room is quite small and would need a new look. The dining table is barely sufficient for 2 people. The dishes and cookware are not really suitable for cooking, unless with a lot of creativity; they are more useful for heating up ready-made food. In the room there were only 3 sets of towels, even though there were 4 guests staying. Overall, the rating is still good considering the crazy prices in Waikiki.

I was getting rushed out of my uber when I was pulling into the hotel entrance.

I enjoyed the view from my room. The customer service was great and my room had really nice A/C. The room was spacious and it even had a kitchen. The bathroom was very clean. The beds were very comfortable and big. Would definitely be coming here again on my next trip to Hawaii!

The AC was so noisie we had a hard time sleeping. The bathroom had no counter so everything has to be stored in the kitchen. The room was not very clean and for tall people we could see all the dust on top of tiles and mirrors. This hotel has 3 elevators and 1 was not working and it took forever sometimes to get up to the room. No plug ins by the beds!!

We liked the location and the staff is nice. The room was very spacius.

The beaches that were within walking distance were crowded, hard to walk due to hotels blocking access and traffic getting in and out was terrible.

Can be a bit noisy as not as sound proof as newer hotels. There was a loud banging noise from a utility room opposite our room on the ninth floor which kept us awake at night but the hotel was able to move us after 2 nights thank goodness.

Great location. Close to buses and easy walk to beach and shops. Friendly staff. Nice pool and gym. Appreciated our early check-in and complimentary happy hour 3x a week.

I reserved 2 rooms. Room 102, on our first day, found a cockroch on the floor, I used my slipper to kill it and my husband called the front desk and someone came and pick up the dead cochroch using his hand with a gloves without saying anything and left, no sorry, no words. A/C was not cooling good, I need to turn on the ceiling fan for us to feel comfortable. Day 2, my daughter called screaming that she found another cockroach in her room 103. My husband need to go and check and killed it and flash it in the toilet. I took a picture of the cockroach. Hotel Elevators took forever. 🤨 And I also asked to refill the shampoo/ conditioner in our rooms, I heard the front desk calling someone bout the refill but when we came back to shower, still empty. I didn't ask again coz I dnt want to ruin my day. So I bought my own conditioner. Planning to come back for another family vacation but definitely not going back to this hotel. Too expensive plus the parking and other extra fees. And mostly the uninvited visitors in our room, the cockroaches 🪳

Air con is very loud but we didn’t find it too bad, but could bother light sleepers. Also maybe an extra pillow as both were very flat.

Room 206 was amazing more than enough facilities but there was a needle in the garden which we told kids to stay away from. The cleaner never replaced toilet paper and never the correct amount of towels. The location was a bit far away from Waikiki Beach.

The parking arrangements. When you pay that much to stay you shouldn’t have to pay for parking.

The property is nice but the parking and parking service sucks. There was one that was very rude.
