We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe room was older and well worn. There was chips of paint off bathroom doors and the corners around bathtub was showing some build up. Also there was only one chair at the table, I stood up to eat our meal or I could’ve sat on sofa. The number of washcloths could have been more. we had one a piece for a three day stay, we each use one per day.
The size of the room was outstanding. The bed was comfortable and clean. The amenities was very nice. The location was with walking distances to dining nature gambling

United StatesJust a couple things I didn’t like I didn’t like how small the bathroom was. I felt a little crowded to me, but they made do with the space that they had for the bathroom. I didn’t like that. There was no microwave. That was a real bummer because we had leftovers that we had to throw awaylast but at least there was no swimming pool. We thought there was a swimming pool.
A couple things that I really liked about the property is how close it was to the arch. I loved how friendly the staff was kind of sucked that only one elevator was working at the time of our arrival, but we managed. I really liked how the property was easy to find and get to.

Breakfast not included. Places to eat at the casino but half not open. I had pre booked for 3 but towels etc only provided for 2 and given that this was a high end hotel I would have expected them to add the extra towels and coffee cups

United StatesI was there in early February and while not freezing, the room was little cold, and I couldn't get the heating unit to increase the temperature. Only major downside to my stay: Wi-fi was practically non-existent.
The room was fantastic. Very clean. Extremely comfortable. Very reasonable room rate. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. Awesome view of the river. (5th floor, facing North)
