Property was very clean and had secured gates to keep the place safe.

This place gives off nice vibes and gives enough space for a family to stay at for relaxing.

The property is very homey and comfortable. The location as well is close to Hollywood Blvd and some food stops.

Great location. Good to have a car park. Nice and spacious for our family with 2 adults and 2 kids. Nice to have a full and properly equipped kitchen.

We stayed at the end of April and loved the decor, the showers, the beds, the comfortable furniture, the location and the easy and intuitive access to the house. ps: The host was very attentive throughout the stay

Stunning apartment just beside Hollywood boulavard. Big kitchen diner and open plan living room. Really comfy beds with two big bathrooms.A real oasis in Hollywood. Loved it didn’t want to leave. Very easy communication with hosts.

The homelessness right outside the property was very concerning. Anytime of the day was scary. All of East Hollywood is plagued with zombies that are pooping all over the streets and yelling at all times of the night. Also, the place is right on the corner of a pretty busy street, expect lots of honking and cars revving their engines. Also, when booking the property a simple date change could have been made by the renter, but instead wrote me back that it wasn’t possible. So I cancelled it, then rebooked it to solve the problem, pretty unnecessary

The bedding was Fresh and Comfortable , Everything look like the pictures ... was kind of skeptical about this booking after reading reviews about sketchy people hanging around this property. Turned out i saw Those sketchy people are all over LA. will book again

The host was very organized. We were sent all the information we needed prior to arriving. Entering the property was pretty simple. The rental was probably one of the nicest properties we've ever stayed at. The designs was really nice, the place was spacious, the beds were really comfy. Overall we were really happy with our stay. The host checked in on us everyday we were there which was really nice. The property had a cute court yard that was a nice place to get some air. The couch was super comfortable too. We loved the parking spot that came with the rental, really nice that we didn't have to find street parking.

As others have said, the area is a little rough. It wasn't as bad as other areas in Hollywood but enough for us to kind of peer over our shoulder. It would also be nice to have a hotel latch on the door just incase someone tried to break in but we never really felt unsafe. There are lots of security cameras surround the building and no one bothered us.

Great location to many places we wanted to see while we were there. Found a great farmers market just down the street. Comfortable space for our family to relax after checking out LA.

Location was great. Few blocks from all the main attractions. Short car ride to the expressways and our planned activities. Had a parking spot which was very helpful because you need a car to sight see in the LA area. The host was very responsive and addressed any and all questions/concerns we had.

The house is located 1 block from Hollywood and Vine. The only problem is that there is a small street 1 block long of all homeless tents that you have to pass to get to the house. We did not feel threatened as no one bothers you, but it was the only negative issue with the location. That is nothing against the owners, but something to be aware of.

I liked the theme and decor. The shower was great. It's sort of a prime location. Really enjoyed the nearby restaurants, especially Roscoe's. The negative aspects of the neighborhood can't really be helped, so I want bother.

Kind of wish we could have used the front door and that we had more drawers to store our clothes.

loved it, 2 beds, 2 bathrooms and a big living room/kitchen - codes on the side gate and back door (access route) felt safe and secure. the street it’s situated on was charming despite the wider area having a bit of hollywood grittiness about it. Very walkable distance to a supermarket (trader Joe’s) and a couple of places to eat, with the famous hollywood stuff nearby too if that’s what you like. Hiked down from Griffith observatory in under an hour one day. Great place to stay - staff were really on it. Comprehensive instructions on access and facilities. big thumbs up.
