The spa could have more vegas-oriented business hours, they closed early and had very minimal availability. The long lines at the check-in area and not being able to check-in through my phone since I booked through a third party (booking.com) - this might've been me personally having issues trying to figure it out. The pool could be cleaner and more chairs could be available, a lot of these had towels that were not touched, it was difficult to determine if they were taken or simply had a dirty towel over it from someone that left hours ago.

The overall amenities where nice, it was absolutely fabulous to know that I had a Starbucks readily available downstairs. It was also nice to enjoy multiple shows within my hotel, this way I didn't have to walk to the strip the entire trip. The variety of shows and entertainment was good.

The tower was like a maze and hard to navigate. Instead of long corridors it was like a corn maze!! Price of food was too high!!

Located at the very beginning of the Strip, which means a lot of walking. Extremely overpriced for what it is, with all the resort fees I ended up paying almost three times the advertised rate. Rooms are clean but outdated, and there is no fridge unless you pay extra. Food prices inside the hotel are outrageously high. Vegas used to be affordable so people would spend money in the casino… not anymore. No surprise tourism is going down.

The only downsides i can think of would be the fact that the deposit is quite high on a per day basis and the hotel can be quite hard getting used to in terms of walking around.

Location wise, it makes this a superb spot for anyone wanting to travel to Las Vegas for a bit. The amenities were alright and overall a lovely aesthetic inside.

No cart to take luggage to rooms - inexcusable attempt to oblige use of valet parking. Very petty. No fridge, microwave or coffee machine. Pathetic attempt to make people spend money. Very disappointing.

Wish the room came with a microwave and small fridge. I also would have greatly appreciated the staff telling us about the elevators going sideways, instead of assuming we were automatically read the sign. It was a bit nerving when we felt the elevator shift and instead of showing the # of flights, it just showed "EZ." As a first-time guest at the Luxor, I wish this would have been informed to us at check in.

Room was spacious and pleasant. I liked the desk and chairs. The beds were comfortable, and the room had a pleasant smell.

Not very clean. There was trash in the corner of the room and the room smelled musty. Also charged more than was advertised. Self Parking was a long walk away.

Location was great as we were attending an event at the hotel next door.
