Clean and spacious apartment. Well furnished and fully stacked with all appliances including a washer and dryer. The price is competitive vs booking a hotel but should not increase further. The staff communication was excellent. We wanted to check in earlier and Tatenda was able to secure a spot for us before the 3 pm check in time. This was a super helpful cause we were international travellers with over 15 hours of flight time. The cleaning staff was also amazing. The room and bathroom were spotless.

The amenities..how spacious it is..also it made you feel very comfortable as if you were at your own home. It also has washer and dryer and the necessities to wash your own things without running out to a store...

Didn't have any issues.

Apartment is within walking distance from Union Station. Its also walking distance to downtown. There's a gym in the basement and Stop&Shop will deliver groceries right to the door. Place is secure. Highway is nearby as well. Bed was comfortable and place was very clean. I had a rental car and got a free parking pass to St Anthony church parking lot. Highly recommend.

While I was glad there was free parking it was not ideal. I had to get the parking pass from the room and walk it to the church parking lot. Then upon checkout I had to return it. Just a minor bit pick though because the apartment was lovely.

I had trouble getting to the building at midnight and I was able to call and speak to a live person who helped me find the building and figure out the building code etc.. I also loved the gym. Well equipped!

These are relatively small points, but: 1. The clothes washer's spin cycle was not working, leaving clothes soaking wet. 2. There were no drinking glasses - just a lot of cocktail-making equipment that I didn't find very relevant to a working trip. 3. The location of the building was close to the train station and walkable to downtown, but there were no conveniences such as groceries or suitable eateries nearby. This was awkward, especially for a night arrival.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the apartment. I also appreciated the well-appointed kitchen and the blackout curtains that made things very quiet at night. The location was quite central - within easy walking distance of the library in which I was working. I enjoyed the little park behind the building. Above all, the staff were extremely responsive - quick to respond to email questions, and very helpful in making accommodations as needed.

in the beginning to find the address was a bit confusing, however, once we were familiar with the surrounding, it is no longer an issue. the location is a bit far from the central of the city by walking, however , to call a Uber is quite handy

The only thing that works slightly against the apartment is that it is located in a slightly industrial looking neighbourhood with construction and roads around it. But that doesn't affect the interiors. If you don't like walking, it is a bit of a walk from new haven downtown, but getting taxis was easy. The apartment looks over a parking lot, but it means that it was quiet.

Everything about the apartment is clean, modern, with considered elegance and good taste. The apartment feels like instant home, and is furnished with great amenities. Every need is thought of and the self directed checkin and checkout with ever responsive staff for all queries, makes it easy and smooth.

Beautiful apartment. Lovely big windows, spacious and great air conditioning. would highly recommend if you are visiting New Haven. We felt 2 was enough in the area, although this would depend on the reason for your visit. Otherwise, great apartment at a good price for what you get too!
