Nothing, everything was exceptional.

The facilities were great. Two pools, and a hot tub. 24 hour gym, pool table and mini libraries. Great views and friendly staff.Washer and dryer in unit.

Coffee maker was broken and leaked everywhere. No complimentary coffee like other units I had stayed at there. There were no microwave safe dishes to reheat our food. Not enough toilet paper or paper towels. Unit right next to busy road, which could get noisy, so no noise machine nor was told ahead of time. There were no clean sponges to wash dishes like in other units I had stayed at there. Bedroom remote didn't work. Shower light was burned out. Towels were rough.

Great location. Friendly staff. Good amenities like gym and pool. Unit stood by itself. Beautiful decor. Comfortable. Good size. Unit had two toilets. Place had security. Gated and covered garage. Easy to get to and from garage. Cafe and pizza place downstairs. Beach nearby. CVS and gas station across the street. Easy check in and check out. Restaurants nearby.

Lucky me the valet parking Miguel volunteered himself to help me finding the safe box among so many of them randomly placed in 3 large closets at the lobby area that way I got the key fob. In my way out checking out of the apartment almost lost my flight due to the fact that at 4 AM spend more than half an hour looking for the key box in the crazy storage at the lobby

Arrived after 5:30 PM and had not yet received check in instructions, was forced to contact the manager and got the instructions a few minutes later via txt message

Getting unit number and instruction on day of arrival/check-in. This should be provided on the date the unit is paid. Designated garage parking spot instructions could be improved. The spots are not numbered in order, which was a challenge to find the correct spot. Update the lock box instructions as to what is actually in the box (there were no keys as listed).

Location is great! Unit was as expected and enjoyed that it has it's own access away from other units. Price is reasonable. Pool and jaquzzi are great. Covered parking garage is appreciated. The whole complex is secure. Staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating.

The check in process was a nightmare. On the day of my arrival I did not get an email with explanation about how to check in. My daughter finally found a way to contact the person in charge of the property. That person couldn’t tell us anything about the check in either. I went to the building and encountered a very frustrated concierge who had nothing to do with the Airbnb part of the building. She advised that I had to go into a storage room to find a lockbox with a particular number scribbled on it. There were dozens of lockboxes and the correct one was difficult to find. Then back to the front desk to sign paperwork. I then had to go up to the apartment ( which was hard to find) to get a garage door opener. Back down to the concierge to get a parking pass for the parking garage. Then I had to find the correct parking spot which wasn’t easy either. If all this had been explained to me by the manager of the property I wouldn’t have been so stressed out. I can’t even imagine arriving after dark having to deal with all that. The other unpleasant part were the cockroaches but they didn’t appear until the second day.

The location was great. The apartment was very nicely decorated. It had everything you could need. Air conditioning worked perfectly.

I didn't like the fact that there were cockroaches or palmetto bugs in the bathrooms that I asked to be removed multiple times, they said they were going to come remove them and they did not so it was very disconcerting every time I use the bathroom. Additionally they had construction right outside my apartment starting at 8:00 a.m. during the week so that was really ridiculous. And then lastly just trying to get into the place in the first place, is a total ordeal and the staff does not really want to help you so you have to push them to do it.

The bedroom was nice to sleep in. Keep in mind that I was in the Airbnb portion and you should make sure you know where you are actually staying before booking. Because I was not at the actual Oasis resort. But a side connecting apartment.
