The weird low yellow couches in the lobby are kind of a turn off as your first impression . They look dirty and messy .

Bed was comfortable sheets were very clean . It has a refrigerator and microwave .

They make you sign a waiver with extra “rules” which I have never seen before. The don’t have an ice machine on the second floor even tho there are arrows pointing to one .. you will walk in circles with no results The tv in our room had no cable you are stuck watching whatever is on the limited Amazon tv (you can’t even log into your own account ) The one exit signs to not lead to actual exit.

There is no table to sit and eat. There is only 1 chair to sit and relax in the room. The pillows are very flat. Overall good room

The room is clean, a nice size restroom also very clean. They have a pool and game room.nice size fridge. Nice and quiet on the 4th of July. Enjoyed our stay

The only thing I didn’t liked was the way the sheets and the blanket smelled. It smelled like it was used already and it wasn’t washed!

I liked that it has a pool and a gym. It also has a microwave and a coffee maker which was very convenient!

The hotel needs a little updating the rooms are a little outdated some lights didn't work and the beds weren't that comfortable and a little squeaky

The roommieness of the room and cleaniness, the indoor pool all the amenities the nice staff, parking and the location about 10 mins from everything including the indoor water park

There was no coffee maker of any kind. One very flat pillow! Elevator to front of property and rooms did not work. Definitely needs updating! 90% of parking lot and driveway in and out was 3 inches of ice.

Front desk was unpleasant. Parking lot was a sheet of ice. When I showered in the morning the tub filled up to my ankles because there was a large clump of hair, not mine, in the drain. Gross.

There was a specific male staff that kept walking in and out of the pool room while me and my young daughters were swimming. The pool has lights the change colors. But this male kept turning the lights all the way up and I told him to stop. He was being very inappropriate and I turned the big lights back off. I thought he was very unprofessional

There was no breakfast! No coffee! Facility is old needs updated! Rooms are dingy! There were only two towels in the bathroom! Price of room was ridiculous for what you received!
