United StatesThe WIFI was horrible and the hot tub was cold everyday I was present....the hot tub was one of top reasons I returned to this hotel I was not pleased. Several guest complained but one staff turned it up it was still luke warm not hot as expected . I have stayed here several times but this stay wasn't pleasing. The lady at the front appeared frustrated with mopping the water. I think some water mats a long the hallway during pool hours will be helpful and with a slippery when wet signed posted will be helpful. More staff in the evening time on duty so one don't become frustrated and guest can read it.

United StatesI am glad they decided to close it earlier than usual. I could hear the people in the pool all the way up to my room on the 3rd floor. One of the TVs were a little tricky to figure out. I wish they had smart TVs so I could have logged into Netflix or something. An extra blanket would be nice too.
The breakfast was good with lots of choices. The pool seemed nice, a lot of people were enjoying it. The staff were very nice.
