bathroom had a lot of stains and nothing looked clean, door hinge was broken and cut my dads arm open. went down to front desk for a bandaid and was told “I dont think we have a first aid kit here” and then they didn’t even give us extra rags to help clean up the blood so we probably just added to their stain collection…

The room are dirty the restroom toilet not working. I booked three rooms. None of them not working filthy nasty. I’ll never go back the aerial dangerous. People are smoking weed on the stairs all day all night. It smell horrible. I will not recommend anybody.

Everything was terrible. We found three dead cockroaches in the room. The price was way too high, probably because of the July 4th holiday, but it was absolutely not worth it. The stairs smelled like urine, and honestly, it was one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had.

WE found bed bugs in the room. They said we would have to go through booking.com to get a refund after I showed them the video, They are now refusing the refund and said the cleaning lady didn't find any bed bugs, which is not true. Im sure they rented the room to someone the next day. Very dirty

I walked in and the room smelled like cigarettes and had cigarettes holes in the sheets and on the floor. I immediately due to how disgusting it was checked the sheets and bathroom. The sheets had literal blood and human pubes (see photos) I felt dirty just standing in the room. The desk receptionist seemed like she was on crack. I’m not even exaggerating this was literally the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I informed them and showed the cleaning lady the room. I was told no refunds despite the below pictures. I get no refund if the room was clean but this was just disgusting. I left the key in the room and left immediately. I had to sleep in my car which is unacceptable. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Cleaning was bad not vacuuming room was dirty, window was filthy. I am a chief engineer at two motels and the whole time I was there all I could do was to point out things that need to be fixed

Almost 500 dollars for two nights! Toilet didn't work, lighting was terrible! At first glance the room looked clean until further inspection it was pretty nasty,the morning we left my wife found a bed bug on a shirt that had fell on the floor! We stayed there because it was late notice and only thing available. NEVER AGAIN

My stay was amazing. The staff were very friendly and kind, allowing me to check in early in the morning with no fee. The rooms were clean for the most part but could use some remodeling. They also let me park in the lot after checkout for the day so I could walk the boardwalk, which was super amazing. I think they went above and beyond and deserve 5 stars overall.
