This property at the time was getting renovated at the time of stay so what I seen that I did not like might be fixed soon . Bathroom should have heated light and a fan in side to prevent mold and peeling of paint. Hot tub jets not working.

They have no fans in the bathrooms so the ceiling is peeling and there is a little mold on the bathrooms. The elevator was a rough ride so we ended up taking the stairs the whole trip because we felt unsafe in the elevator. Other than the front desk worker, none of the other workers spoke English so when we had any questions we had to go down to the desk or call it. There is no access to ice at all. I guess they do not have a machine anywhere. Our pull out bed was broke so it took a few of us to get it out and back in. It was very uncomfortable to sleep on.

The 2 bedroom suite we had was very nice. Loved the full fridge. Our suite had two bathrooms. The hotel location was nice. The breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast with the basic.

There was a full trash can of previous guests garbage in waste can in kitchen. The lady who checked us in was very professional. The lady at front desk later on was very rude .

Elevator was broken, thankfully we had a room in the first floor. Beds were just ok.

One of the outside doors did not shut all the way so the building was not secure anyone could walk in. Also bathroom tub dripped water which kept you awake until you closed the door.

I wish that the toilets were higher and there were grab bars in places near the toilet so my elderly relatives didn't need my help to get off the toilet.

My daughter thought it smelled like someone had been smoking marijuana in the room. I had multiple problems with my credit card (which I never have). After I called the credit card company it wen through and then when we checked out it would not. The girl at the desk was very nice but did not know how to fix it. So we ended up fixing it ourselves with the card company.

The room was very clean, the bed was great, great linens, liked having the kitchenette. Liked being able to get drinks and fruit anytime. Loved having the two bedroom suite for my daughter, son-in-law and myself.

We had to be on the road early. Breakfast is served at 0630; because of staff showing up late, we left at 0700 because nothing was out.

I loved the room and how clean it was! Check in staff was also very pleasant.

The couch in our room was very stained as well as the shower. It looked very nasty. There was also very limited tv viewing options. And there was a screwdriver sticking out of the bottom of the dishwasher.

Over all it was not a bad experience. The breakfast buffet was very nice and had a good selection of food. There was a decent area for you to take you dogs out and a small area to walk them. The staff was polite and accommodating.
