Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaOur room was not very clean. There was some pieces of trash on the floor in plain view underneath the TV and if you looked up the dust was terrible. It was also disappointing when we called to get a ride back from the restaurant and the shuttle was no longer being offered. It was not late in the evening either.
I've stayed at the Magnolia many times. I love it. It's a great location and normally it's very clean. I like the fact that it offers a shuttle. The infused water and the free coffee in the lobby is nice. The bed was so comfortable that you don't want to get up.

United States of AmericaA bit out of the way but clean and quiet. Bathroom amenities are in need of improvement e.g. sink soap, hand towels and floor mat as shower is elevated above the floor.

United States of AmericaParking seemed kind of expensive. Water pressure was a ittle weak.
This is a nicely restored hotel. Well kept rooms with high ceilings, big bathroom and lots of seating. Beds were comfortable and linens were nice. Very convenient location for all things in downtown Omaha. I would recommend this hotel.

United States of AmericaIt would have been nice to know the restaurant hours and about self parking and valet instead of having to initiate questions. Hair was found on some pillows and towels prior to use. A piece of furniture was stained and a few gnats were coming from the shower drain.
Staff was pleasant. The facility was beautiful to the open walkway that led to the outside court yard. The beds were extremely comfortable. Also, the hotel restaurant had a great menu and the food was quite tasty.

United States of AmericaThe floor was dirty. It really needed a better vacuuming throughout the hotel main halls, elevator and my room. The carpet really needed cleaned. Although I am very picky about cleanliness & the dirty carpet bothered me, but i would still stay again.
5 stars for hospitality! The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Alfred was so welcoming and helpful. The classic decor was so unique and fun. And the restaurant was fantastic. I loved the music throughout the hotel and restaurant. It really added to the ambiance

United States of AmericaAt check-in we were given a room # with card, for a 3rd floor room. We parked in the secure lot, entered the building & proceeded to the elevator area. When exiting the elevator at 3rd floor, with our luggage, we found our room down a long hallway, the door was open, where a service man was in the bathroom working on a shower head, it was apparent staff was not aware of the room not being available. He apologized & walked us back to the elevator/stairs area where he called staff to get us another room. This took some time, standing there with our luggage. We left that area with him by elevator to the 1st floor when by that time, a different room was assigned to us, he ushered me to that room, a suite, unlocking the door while my husband proceeded to the front desk to exchange room keys. It was not a big inconvenience to us except for the fact that we were anxious to get into our room to rest a bit before heading out to the market area. We were kindly offered a suite to replace the inconvenience which was greatly appreciated, staff apologized numerous times.
The breakfast was sufficient, some items were a bit overly dry (bread/muffins) like they had been held too long, otherwise the meal was fine & met our expectations, waitress was friendly & served us kindly.

United States of AmericaI feel the food could have been better. I ate in the restaurant and it was subpar. The room service food was subpar. Considering this is a 4 star hotel, I expected much better food from this location.
Location was excellent. The bed was comfortable. I had someone check on me daily to ask how things were going and if I needed anything. The staff was very friendly. I enjoyed my stay, and will return.

United States of AmericaThe bathroom did not appear to have an electrical outlet, so drying hair had to be done in the room. Not a big deal at all
Traveling with our dog and they allowed for the dogs to stay at no additional fee. Absolutely love older buildings with historical significance, and this place was fixed up wonderfully. Both decorations, lighting, flooring, etc. Bonus part of the stay was we found a seafood restaurant in the area as well. That was excellent. Overall, the combination was fantastic.

United States of AmericaI was in room 1002. Bathroom floor could have been cleaner. TVs and remotes are very antiquated. The property really needs some updates, painting, etc. Only one vending machine and it is located on 4th floor. It was not working properly one night I was there. I would suggest either installing more machines or establish a guest center for soda, candy bars, fruit, bottled water, etc.
Location is great. Adjacent parking is very handy. Restaurant was pretty good and had good staff. Check in was easy. Bed was comfortable.
