We never stayed as it was very dirty

The room was. Dirty, did not have the amenities that y'all say the hotel has. There was no BREAKFAST.

Guy was nice at front counter

Putting put in a room in the very ba k of the property with people outside with shopping carts which looked like everything they owned or lived there. Pretty sketchy place unless your looking to take a risk of you and your families safety.

It was close to my location

No breakfast, trash outside my door, one coffee cup, cobwebs, the floor needed a mop. It served our purpose and was affordable. You get what you pay for.

Fruit flies inside room

Booking was so easy and I was able to book for another guest. The room was clean and really big! The staff was so nice and accommodating to my needs as well.

The only thing that was an issue were the pillows were very uncomfortable. They were small pillows!

Location

Very nasty and when I complained about it the staff said sorry. There was spit on the walls trash on the floor. The bed was made and clean towels was the only thing good about it. Very nasty

The bed was only thing that was actually clean & comfortable except no bedding.

The room had mold all around the ceiling. The floor was so dirty our shoes actually stuck to them. The shower curtain and poo on it. The toilet leaked water all over the floor so we used towels to clean up not knowing you had to pay for extra towels which was as much as the room. So needless to say NO SHOWER FOR US !!! No WIFi so we had no TV as they only have a Roku TV that must be connected to internet.

The name is misleading. I was hoping for motel 6 type so I could sleep a few hrs. I didn’t expect bedbugs. Entry card did work walk back with my bag. Get new one. Light didn’t work internet didn’t work I got left immediately no mgr. @ the busiest times when I tried. Still nothing. Never again and I feel like everyone should know what to expect.

BED BUGS no management no follow up waste of money. I could took pics it’s so bad.

Liked the room beds were comfortable

Was very dirty carpet wasn't vacuumed tub was really dirty fridge and cabinets and corners were filled with dead bugs remote didn't work and the prostitution was horrible

Check-in was pleasant, staff was friendly and answered questions. Several rooms under re-model--which is a great thing, they try to keep the stuff out of the walking areas. They use old photos of the place in it's prime, DOES NOT LOOK THAT WAY NOW, sadly.

It appears that the hotel may have been recently purchased by new owners who are attempting to renovate, it isn't as GRAND as the photos show, old dresser drawers, and old worn out chair, room had a very musty/closed-in smell, even though it appeared clean. The smoke detector was on the sink cabinet with the battery half in. Iron, but no ironing board, hair dryer on top of shelf and not hung on wall, no hangers available. The grounds were trash littered, one person was weed-eating, but not cleaning up any of the materials. The kitchen area and bar area are under re-construction, so only continental-style breakfast available. The pool was in disarray, no towels available for guests visible, "unused" gates locked on the outside, but the main gate going in was free access, no life-saving float available.

The price was awesome and tbh I didn't expect much for the rate we paid. But the room was beautiful,, clean, and the bed was comfortable . Staff was very nice.
