I would not recommend this hotel. Upon check-in, I was not informed about the deposit fee — I only found out when I asked. I was told the deposit would be reimbursed to my card, but it has been over three weeks and I have yet to receive it. Attempts to contact the hotel have been unsuccessful, as the manager is consistently unavailable. The room itself was disappointing. There was no soap provided, a used toilet paper roll was left on the floor, and no new rolls were available. The towels provided were very small, and the heating in the room was inadequate — it remained uncomfortably cold throughout my stay. For $82 a night, I expected far better. I’ve stayed at more affordable hotels that offer much cleaner, more comfortable accommodations and better service. Unfortunately, this property did not meet even basic expectations.

I went to Dallas with my daughter to see the Sweet Sixteen men basketball game. I live in Houston, Tx. From the website, the NCAA hottest looked good for one night. It was horrible. I didn't feel safe. The main door had a hole on the bottom. From the outside of.thr room, you couldn't see it. But from the inside, you could. There was no toilet paper. The T.V. didn't work. I tried calling, but there was no answer. We were running late, so for that reason, we just stayed in the room. It was just for one night. I got charged an extra $5. for the deposit fee. I found that our once my statement came in.

I liked the location of the hotel was near where our game was at.

I'm 73 and can barely walk due to bad ankle that I came to Dallas for surgery and was given a room at furthest end of building on the third floor. Took 15 minutes to reach. There's a $30 deposit. It's hard to find with no stores or restaurants anywhere near. Looks like dump from outside. Should have shuttle to end rooms. Towels like sandpaper. Soap bars are tiny. No ice. No cups to drink water. Couldn't find where to get fresh towels. Didn't see house ķeeping anywhere. Charged regular rent of $90 nite for extra nights.. Wifi didn't work at far end of building.

My room had no trash can or toilet tissue. It took me almost 30 minutes to get them to answer the phone and was told to come get the tissue myself from the front desk. My deposit was never returned and after multiple calls with no answer I ended up disputing the charges.

The man acknowledged that I was from out of town and tried to upsell me $25 to have a room away from the extended stay locals! Bad business. I went back the next day and a different man put me on that side the man tried to upsell me!

The AC didn’t work no lock on the door and the bed and furniture and fixtures are all old and smell like smoke and mildew.

The owner needs to practice customer service skills and upon arrival, our AC wouldn’t work in 106° Weather and at first wouldn’t change our rooms until I threw a fit about it. Never again when I go back to that dirty motel.

There were no face towels at all The Night aAttendent there were no face towels at all on the premises.The Shower didn't work. I had a smoking room with no ashtrays .The outlet were unbearable

We had a completely smoked room, it was hard to breathe there, and their policy was not to exchange rooms after the key was issued. So much for a no-smoking room in 2024.
