It took someone 20 minutes to come to the front to check us in, there were no blankets on the bed, the cleaning lady cabs in the room at 10:30 to say it’s time to go when check out is 11 and there’s no breakfast

The pictures make it look updated, it’s clearly not, the bed only has one little sheet, had a bad smell in the room. Towels had stains, the shower wasn’t clean, and the toilet had a hard time flushing.

The guy working was amazing he did everything possible to make us feel at home.

Unfortunately there were roaches, the pool was not open and it was empty, and something bit me while I was sleeping. And there was no hot water

July 2024 today it seems like they were renovating but I'll list how the current rooms are like: Stank of old smoke in our non smoking room. Toilet door couldn't close. Shower on hot water didn't turn hot but that was fine since it was summer. The aircon was a little hard to control. But it worked for us since the night was a pleasant temperature. Cockroaches. All of these I could ignore. But when we tried to use the towels for showering they were dirty and had pubes and bits of grass stuck in them.

Staff was friendly. It seems like they were in the process of renovating the rooms.

Roaches in room... couldn't plug in lamp by bed... small bag of white powder (drugs ) by nightstand bathroom light took over an hour to "pop on" had to leave on all night. No TV guide on TV or in room, just listed channels and said- cable. Bookings listed an open functional pool, which was NOT open.

The first thing I noticed was the smell of bug spray strong. The lock “broke” the first night of a 6 day stay. The second day the lock did not work and couldn’t be fixed despite them only being 25% full a replacement couldn’t be located. I had to use the window to get in all day meaning leave window unlocked whenever I left.They gave me a new room around 8pm. The new room was recently remodeled. The remodeled room had roaches bad. I killed 25 roaches the first night. I was given 2 full size beds not king like I reserved. I asked for a king room daily but never received. Manager pretends to be helpful but never got me the king room

One clerk was very rude and asked invasive questions, then became upset that i hung up on her. What the management doesn't understand or care about is there are plenty of other places to stay. The smell of weed was very strong.The ice machine is always broken; at least a month that I know of. Very rude signs posted all over the walls in the lobby, telling you not to use the chairs or tables, restricted to one waffle, one yogurt, juice machine is broken, they use a regular coffee pot, if you are lucky a piece of half spoiled fruit, no butter for the one waffle, limit the amount of coffee you drink, no ice on the yogurt (it tasted spolied). Management can't say the signs are about Covid because I stay at a lot of hotels and not one other hotel does this. The signs are very rude and disrespectful to the people who pay to stay there. Treating your paying customers horribly and disrespectfully isn't the way to run a business. If you rent to homeless people, then respect them. There isn't anything shameful about living in a motel. They are paying your bills. Don't take away their self-worth and humiliate them with demeaning and rude signs. Corporate needs to look at their affiliation. I rarely leave a bad review. I try to keep an upbeat positive outlook. You get what you pay for, so they say .... but no one should have to pay with their dignity.

Location is convenient to where I live. A place to park when I arrived. Most of the staff is awesome! Taylor, Michelle, and the guy who works at night are very polite and respectful. This was a good hotel when I started staying there, but slowly, the management ruined it.

Noise becoming louder, the first time I smelled pot was tonight. Limited towels. No ice. Beginning to see bugs often.

Ice machine hasn't worked in a month. Price is going up, but the quality of the room hasnt. Most of the tv's have broken screens. Awful smell of mildew by side entrance. Very limited breakfast , no ice on the yogurt dangerous.

Not enough towels for everyone. They only gave one towel per room. If you ask for another to the NIGHT clerk she gives attitude. Towels were dirty that was in room to.start. They don't give refund so had to stay two nights anyways. If they had good housekeeping the room would have been okay for the price point.

The hotel didn't offer blankets. There was an unpleasant smell in the room. Air vents were covered with lint, dirt and, grime. I, also, see a roach run across the beside table.

I liked that the room was dark at night.
