Roaches!! Priced affordable, but not the best. No remote for either television, and I had to fight night crawlers so bad, left lights on to distract them.

I stayed 3 nights then they wouldn't give me a free room. Said I couldn't sta3 nights consecutively at same hotel. Nowhere does it say that in the rules!

There were blood stains in the carpet leading up to our room. There were hundreds of Knats (not an exaggeration) in the lobby as we were checking out. It was just gross and filthy overall. Staff felt bothered when we needed to check in and out of the hotel. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. I know homeless shelters that have better and cleaner accommodations.

The facility is very run down. The staff was rude and not accommodating at all! We had to show our ID just for towel. They had several doors taped off due to roaches and bed bugs!

The chair, couch and bed skirt was stained and torn. The door lock was broken. Black mold on the ceiling of the shower. The doors did not close on the bathroom cabinet. I did not feel safe as a woman in the room or building.

Smoke out Building on all FLOORS, nasty rooms.. the front desk clerk literally gave me a dirty room (TWICE) homeless ppl in and out the building.. DOG POOP ALL OVER THE PLACE!! DO NOT RECOMMEND I got All my money back!!

First of all… I should have read the reviews before I booked our room. We had stayed there a few years ago and it was fine. This time there were roaches everywhere! They were on the bathroom floor, in the tub, crawling across the kitchen floor, on the couch, on the walls, under the alarm clock and next to the table by the bed. Most of these sightings were late at night or in the morning before we left. When we got home, we made sure to empty our bags out in the backyard and shake everything out so we wouldn’t bring and of them in our house. Also, there were many things in disrepair in our room.

Check in was quick and easy. Staff was very helpful and nice. The bed was comfy and clean.

They didn't have breakfast and said they did online that illegal and false advertising. I'd really like a refund!!! Also smelled and the couch had cum stains, the bedding and towels felt like sand paper and had stains on them as well. The sink in the bathroom didn't work and the shower dripped from the ceiling. And our door locks didn't work.

I Luke nothing about this place and really would like a refund as they false advertised alot of things about this hotel.

It was dirty. Very dirty. My initial room was not done and the restroom had the some plungers and equipment left behind by staff. I had to be reassigned another room which was filthy. Trash was left in drawers and it had not been swept or mopped. The bed was done but the sheets smelled. The good thing is I was only at the hotel to sleep. I would leave very early and come back very late.

It was close to where I needed to be for a work conference.
