The smart tv couldn't or wouldn't connect to the wifi but it did have cable, the bathroom could have used body wash instead of bar soap, the breakfast could use a few more choices... honestly we really couldn't complain much about our stay.

We got a handy accessible king suite and we was really impressed at the size of the room and especially the size of the bathroom, we also like that every room comes with extended stay amenities (full size refrigerator, dishes / dishwasher) the breakfast was Adequate and we felt the price was more than fair.

There was not one towel rack in the bathroom! And the dishwasher handle was broken. And fresh fruit at breakfast would be nice.

The price; the bed was comfortable. It was quiet and the room was very comfortable.

Nothing for breakfast on Sunday morning , not even orange juice, i couldn't find anyone to ask to refill the juice.

Breakfast was good, on Saturday Morning , but on Sunday Morning , there was nothing left -it was not replenished, even orange juice was out.

great breakfast, attentive staff, and for the money, it was fantastic. I stayed a place that was double the price last time in Kentucky and it was not nearly as nice. We will be back.

The 2nd night we had a storm and lost electricity for 9 hours.

When we went down for breakfast they were out of coffee cups, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy. No milk. They had eggs and cereal and waffles.

I paid for the stay with Booking.com. When we arrived they charged my credit card again. I realized this the next morning when I looked at my discover card. I went and talked to the manager and she assured me she would take the charge off of my Discover card. As of today, she has not.

There was no daily maid service, we had to ask for toilet paper, soap, trash bags, cups for coffee and tea, and extra towels. Most of these items were not provided in the room upon arrival. The breakfast could have been hotter.

We liked the location, the use of the gym, and breakfast items.

The pool was gross, very cloudy. Cleanliness was lacking in the main areas, elevators, hallways, etc. There were dirty linens for the sofa bed. Breakfast was scraps, with 30-45 mins left in the time frame. Thankfully the Waffle House was in the parking lot. The room was never cleaned, however, housekeeping came in to empty our garbage and take our towels, but didn't leave enough towels for our family. It was strange to have housekeeping come in and not actually clean the room. Front desk workers were somewhat incompetent. Couldn't get us a clean pillow for the sofa bed, which had dirty linens from the last guests. Said they don't have access to pillows. We requested a 3rd key the next day, and then all 3 keys were deactivated. Frequently had to request clean towels in the pool area because there weren't any. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again.

The room was HUGE! Loved the amount of counterspace, and the table that moved on wheels, which we were able to use as a dinner table. Location was great for going to the Ark Encounter, Creation Museum, Louisville, Bourbon Trail, and Buc-ee's! Price was GREAT!

Every day there was a new piece of whatever in the elevator... crumbs, a cleaning bottle, a little spoon. The stairway to the second floor, as well as the hallway, smelled like marijuana.

The rooms were very big and clean. The breakfast had a very good assortment.

The breakfast was out of food by the time I arrived. Workers were blaming it on a delayed delivery and not handling it well. I didn’t bother to go down on the second morning but was told it was better despite no delivery being made. The shower doors were almost impossible to slide, needing realignment or silicon. I made coffee in my room…no sugar, no creamer, no decaf and I tried using two of the coffee cups which both leaked. I threw it out.

The suite was nice, more than I needed, and the location was a quiet area near I-75.
