I have a bad knee and handicap licence plate and people park in the handicap parking spots without having a plate or placard..

Most hotels with kitchenettes don't supply dishes and utensils. I do leave on Monday and return to work. I cook a lot because going out to eat not only gets expensive but cooking affords you to have it your way. And you don't here your neighbors it's quiet and private.

Couldn’t find the milk for cereal. Cereal, waffle and muffins was the choice.

Room was musty and always had a damp feeling in air. Wanted to extend reservation, and they had already let my room go to someone else. Should have contacted me to see if I wished to extend my stay. No hot breakfast.

The bed was uncomfortable. The mattress leaned really bad, and the hotel used old magazines to try and level off the bed but that didn't work. My fiance and I had to sleep the opposite of the headboard. Very uncomfortable.

I liked the bathroom, it was pretty spacious with a big mirror.

The place could use some better upkeep but it is the end of summer and most construction at hotels in south texas takes place during winter

I was told there was a $100 incident hold placed on my card. The front desk clerk actually placed a $522 hold on my account. When I brought it to the front desk clerk attention she told me to call my bank. The shower head was filthy as was the bathroom floor. Breakfast included is a joke. There was no juice nor coffee and one morning just no breakfast AT ALL. The temperature outside dropped but the heater in our room would not come on. We informed the front desk of the issue and was promised it would be repaired by the time Dee return for the evening. Upon our return there was a different front desk clerk who had no idea if the repairs had been made to get the heat to come on. Well it was not, he offered us another room but it was late we were tired and just didn’t want to have to pack our belongings to move since it was our last night. Each time we left our room we had to get the room cards reactivated. This is the worst hotel experience. They should not be listed through Booking.com until they are able to offer a better quality of service.

The whole hotel had a bad odor. The room was not clean mold on the refrigerator. Overall the room was horrible. I couldn't stay there so I left.

The shower did not produce enough PSI for a proper and relaxing shower. Breakfast was not always ready on time. The luggage carts were not efficient in carrying actual luggage. The prices of the night stays did not measure up to the actual room. The bathroom was just in all very disappointing.
