There was no on grounds staff in the lobby’s to help with questions or needs. Everything had to be done over the phone. There were no parking passes left in our room like we were told would be. Having actual people in the lobby to help would have made things a lot easier.

there was a musty smell in the apartment that wouldn’t go away, there was some sand in the main bedroom’s drawers and there weren’t basic condiments in the kitchen

the location was great, so close to the beach and it included beach chair and umbrella. plus the wonderful view of the ocean. There were places to eat and shop within walking distance. The apartment was spacious and comfortable

Didn't have parking passes, but they fixed that fairly quickly. It was a little disjointed on who to contact for what.

Check in was a breeze. Location was perfect. Beach was great. Crowded but we knew that going in.

Getting access to parking and the room could have been a little more explanatory. This was our first time with something like this so I don’t think the instructions were very clear. The problems were easily solved just had to make some phone calls first. The only thing about the room was there weren’t enough towels unless I wanted to do laundry other than that it was great

the fees have gotten a bit out of control. We paid more in fees than the actual rental cost. the unit also needs a good deep cleaning. the bathroom in particular was not really up to par. black mold was present in shower and on fabric shower curtain.

the view is priceless. amazing location that’s close to all the stuff you need for an amazing vacation.

Pictures and reality too different What was shown on pictures not what it’s really is . Too old apartment . Not that clean . A lot of things not there or not working . A really upset . Not gonna come back for sure . Spend money and not receive things which was show way it was show .

Our room was beside the elevator and very noisy thru out the night. When we arrived our room was not ready. Check in was 4 and it was about 4:30 before we were able to get in. Once in the hallway toilet was broken and had to call maintenance. They did not have parking pass in the room and was told they did not have any and didn’t receive til the next day. There was no skillet in the kitchen and no pantry

Sheets were scratchy and bed wasn't comfortable. There were no Keurig cups or tea available, no salt/pepper or pans to be able to really utilize the kitchen. It was fairly dirty- by the door there was dirt caked and fans were full of dust. They wouldn't allow us a late check out so we had to lug around all of our stuff and a 1 year old until our flight at 5:45 that evening.

We had a problem with the A/C, we didn’t really recognize it cuz it never got to warm except for one day. We called the number for maintenance they said we should hear something the next day, I had to call again the next day. Finally a guy came out got it working for a bit but thought it needed more to be properly fixed. Never got fixed before we left, only issue we had

Stuff wasnt around much to enforce any of the rules at the pool, which i normally wouldnt care but our last night there were people blaring music out at the pool area all day. Not family friendly music.

Condo was beautiful, pools were great and just a short walk across the street to most beautiful beach.

Upon arrival we noticed that the refrigerator was a little dirty and the last night we saw a roache.

Parking spaces very limited when condo is full making guests to walk from main parking ( located at front of building A) to our building (B). Owners and HOA should work making underground parking spaces available to guests and avoid that inconvenience. Umbrella and chair rental company charged too much for a daily rental. HOA and owners should work together to make that rental included in the total fees of the stay.

View= exceptional. Beach=very bad ( dirty, wavy, jelly fish, oil, algae)

No tooth paste. Had to go buy my own. Normally, from past experience in condos, they provide small tooth paste like the shampoo/conditioner. Also, no hand soap. Maybe sanitizer would be great, especially during covid. Price for the condo was slightly expensive.

I enjoyed the view from the balcony. Beautiful scene.
