It would be nice if bathroom in our room had an extended make-up mirror, with one side magnified. Also, a jacuzzi or hot tub would have been nice as well as a free continental breakfast as most hotels do.

There is a gap under the air conditioner. It was -11 degrees Celsius and there was a strong wind last night. The air kept leaking in. I could only use a bath towel to block the gap.

The only downfall I would have to mention is the noise of the traffic as it is located off one of the busiest streets in Manchester. Perhaps on the opposite side of the hotel it may be quieter but our room faced S. Willow so it was a bit loud at times.

The location of the hotel being right off South Willow St. is convenient as it is surrounded by shopping and dinning. It’s also only a short drive or shuttle ride to the airport. The property was clean and modern. The staff was wonderful and very prompt when service was requested for our in-room tv. The breakfast was delicious as well!

Staff was just ok. Not rude but not super friendly or welcoming. Some of the doors had keycard entries that did not work. Not much else to complain about.

Loved the workout equipment in the room. Room was tasteful and spotlessly clean. Good WiFi and parking space. Food from the kitchen was good.

Very clean, streamlined decor, close to airport and great parking and shuttle service. Like that the little bottles of shampoo are gone and more environmentally focused with large volume supplies. Nice to have some exercise equipment in the room. Staff were absolutely wonderful.

There was not a table and chairs in the room and we could not bring our own beverages to the lobby to hang with friends and play cards

I was charged earlier than promised, which caused a mix up with my payment cards. Was supposed to be charged when I was at the counter. The worker did his best to be helpful and said he would fix it, but it was not actually fixed. The deposit came off the correct card, but the room payment came off the wrong card. I decided to let it go and just move money around on my end, but I admit I'm a little irritated. Everything else was perfect.

We were very comfortable and even remarked a few times how this is exactly what modern hotels should be. The beds were perfect, everything was clean, and staff was generally really great. We felt safe.
