Very clean, streamlined decor, close to airport and great parking and shuttle service. Like that the little bottles of shampoo are gone and more environmentally focused with large volume supplies. Nice to have some exercise equipment in the room. Staff were absolutely wonderful.

There was not a table and chairs in the room and we could not bring our own beverages to the lobby to hang with friends and play cards

I was charged earlier than promised, which caused a mix up with my payment cards. Was supposed to be charged when I was at the counter. The worker did his best to be helpful and said he would fix it, but it was not actually fixed. The deposit came off the correct card, but the room payment came off the wrong card. I decided to let it go and just move money around on my end, but I admit I'm a little irritated. Everything else was perfect.

We were very comfortable and even remarked a few times how this is exactly what modern hotels should be. The beds were perfect, everything was clean, and staff was generally really great. We felt safe.

Hotel was located further from the Manchester NH airport than anticipated. The room overlooked a business parking lot which they decided to clean at 7:30 am with a large motorized sweeper.

The Coffee/Tea maker smelled of coffee, which I don't like, so I had to rinse it off a few times before I could make proper tea.

The environment isn't good. I don't want to be asked if I want to buy recreational drugs on a hotel parking lot. Also, the interstate is very loud and while the interior is top notch, they should have spend some more on isolating the windows.

A squeaky clean place, about an hour away fron Boston Logan and a good alternative when you immediatly want to head out to NH. Comfy rooms.

My room was right next to the outdoor area, and I was very unhappy that the music played loudly all night long.  if it wasn’t for that it would’ve got a 10 but because they never shut that music off it’s a 7

Breakfast was only fair. On check in was told breakfast was included, given coupon with 30 dollar value for breakfast, did not cover cost of it.

The containers in the shower were either empty or didn't work right. The bedside clock was unplugged and not working. Leads to concerns of cleanliness due to these things being missed,

Check-In was great! Tons of kids, but none noticed on our floor. In the morning, Connor went out of his way to assure we had coffee and were ready for our shuttle. The Shuttle driver was great. We left at exactly 4:00am! Staff made the hotel a positive experience.

Great facility. The only issue we had was wet rug near the ac/heating unit which apparently is caused by heavy rain.

We were assigned a room with broken blinds. Took about an hour for them to try to fix it and ultimately assign us a different room. Kids screaming in hallways until midnight. Staff not helpful in asking families to keep it down at night.

The lobby was a bit loud with kids running around but I can't fully blame the hotel for that. A little pricey but I usually don't mind if the place is very clean (which it was).

Hotel was new and very clean. There were even some gym amenities inside the room itself which was a nice surprise. Location was 10/10 within Manchester.

Nice clean and new hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Good hours for restaurant, bar and pool. Maybe having free coffee in morning. The water in lobby was nice. Simplicity is nice.

A couch or somewhere to sit in large room with just a bed and exercise ball. Very hollow feeling due to space for workout area which most don't use it.

Location was good but a tad bit noisy from being right on main road.
