The only thing we didn't like was during our first night, the smoke detector randomly sounded at 5:14am and then again an hour later. It beeped randomly during the day, and we alerted staff; they replaced the battery, and it was fine the rest of the weekend.

The staff was superb! Great customer service! It was a very hot weekend, but our room (and the facility) was very comfortable and cool. Breakfast was good. It was the perfect place for us to stay at!

There were no clocks in the room, just the one on the microwave, which I had to adjust to the right time. I could set my phone for an alarm in the morning, but there might be some older people who would not be able to do this . I always check for bed bugs wherever I stay. There were not any, but there were dead ladybugs along the edges of the carpet. Only 1 sink in the bathroom on a long counter top. 2 would have been better so that more than 1 person could use the sink at a time . I know they had changed the room to have an additional bed, but this meant there was no couch to sit on to watch TV. Sitting on the bed to do that was not comfortable for my old bones

The rooms could be fixed up a little. Lamp shad was torn, chair was very worn, couch was unstable, another chair was broken, and there was paint chipping in the bathroom

The room seemed a little run down. The door trim on the front of the door was not there. There was mold growing on the wall under the sink in the bathroom. The room needed to be painted. The coffee was very strong and distasteful. The pool and hot tub have been "broken down" for 3 or more years and never repaired.

The beds were comfortable and the staff were helpful. We asked for a first floor room near the side door and they did give us that room. It is pet friendly s we were able to bring along our small dog for a reasonable $25 pet fee.

Key machine didn't work so we had no key. Property furniture was aged, but acceptable. Rooms need tender loving care; maybe start at one end and work towards other.

Simple breakfast fare: waffles were a hit but other options were just okay (instant oatmeal, cold cereal). Able to make toast and had juice.

Not enough parking, had to ramp a curb and park in grass both nights. No pool or hot tub, COVID is here to stay, other hotels have figured it out, do better. No hair dryer or coffee maker in the room - never stayed in a hotel without. Even the cheapest dives we've been in had these in the room. The price was high compared to the place we usually stay while in town that is nicer. I would think there should be funds available for updates. Red stains in the carpet, water spot on the ceiling, faded pictures on the walls... you get the idea. It could use a facelift.

The room we were in was supposed to be non-smoking but it smelled very much like a smoking room. There was no AC. Birds were near all of the windows, likely nests around the windows/roof, that woke everyone up bright and way too early!

The mattress in the bedroom tunneled in the middle and had to use the bed in the living room which was an odd placement for a bed. The dishes and silverware were barely enough for a meal. No extra roll of toilet paper.

Waffle maker non stick spray didn’t work well and the waffles stuck to the maker, for all guests.

Nice location, close to mall, sports complex’s, ect. Nice patio. Very friendly staff! Full size Refrigerator was nice to keep a large amount of things cold.

Bed. Was way too soft. And only had streaming options in the bedroom for tv viewing. Only 1 nightstand had a lamp.

Lake of decaf coffee, not enough regular coffee, skimped on sides for breakfast like enough milk, pastries, salsa, hot sauce. Not enough bedding in the rooms for the hid-abed- had to go retrieve . Not enough lotion or soaps the bathroom.
