The room was exceptionally clean with a kitchenette. Courteous staff and cozy rooms. The room setup was ideal for a family getaway. .

The complimentary breakfast was great, although we seemed to have missed most of it, as there was a team of young baseball players who had visited, so it was expected.

We booked a room with two queens and a full bath. We got a call asking us to switch to a comparable room with one queen. The price would not change. The room was actually one to accommodate special needs guests. The bathroom was large but no vanity and only a shower with a curtain that didn’t reach the floor. Water overflowed all over the floor for a mess and a slip hazard. Also no hair dryer even though listed on the amenities. I discussed with the front desk but offered no compensation.

Kitchen sink was tidy, bed was very hard and uncomfortable and room wasn’t serviced or vacuumed once whilst we were there for 9 nights

The ac in my room didn't work so the room was super hot and the lady didn't want to give me and my 3 kids a different room

The bed and pillows were comfortable. The facility was a small suite with a kitchenette. Our key didn't work at first, and the lady at reception was very helpful and pleasant.

They missed cleaning the toilet seat. My husband said there was urine on it when he used it the first time, so he had to clean it himself. There were a few chunks of fuzz on the carpeting that the vacuum cleaner missed.

Ants in my room, Jessica, the staff at the facility was condescending. I asked to cancel my room to go somewhere else because of the ant infestation and they never got back to me but went in my room to spray a lethal amount of bug spray that made my allergies and asthma flared and they sprayed the spray all over our belonging. I had to open the windows on a 90+ day to try and air the room out but didnt help as they also didn't have a vent in the bathroom. Asked to get a refund again to only find out everywhere else was booked at that time and I felt that was intentional except their sister site that has reviews on drug use at the sites etc. Ended up packing up and going back home and having to drive back the next day. Also the "sofa bed" is an ikea futon which had no bedding.

The staff was superb! Great customer service! It was a very hot weekend, but our room (and the facility) was very comfortable and cool. Breakfast was good. It was the perfect place for us to stay at!

The only thing we didn't like was during our first night, the smoke detector randomly sounded at 5:14am and then again an hour later. It beeped randomly during the day, and we alerted staff; they replaced the battery, and it was fine the rest of the weekend.

The staff was wonderful. The breakfast was very good. Very clean hotel. Housekeeping personal were very kind and helpful. We highly recommend this place RiverHills Hotel. Close to the mall and restaurants.

Other guests that let their children run up and down the halls at 10pm. I told them to stop because people are sleeping, the parents were right there. Bummed that the pool wasn't opened.
