We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesThe only disappointment was we did not have access to the umbrellas and chairs that were set up on the beach. The owner left 4 chairs and an umbrella which was great, but it is somewhat embarrassing carrying in your own.
You have the exact location as the JW Marriott without the extraordinary price. Plus, you have a beautiful condo unit instead of a small hotel room. Great beach restaurant and bar and one of the best Italian restaurants on the island on premises. Will definitely return and this particular host and unit were flawless.

United StatesExcessive Fees by rental . Aside from the 12% taxes, they have outrageous fees, which in my case these were about a 64% of the room price. In My opinion, its excessive. So if you plan to visit wait until the end of the booking only to see the real price of the rental. I hope this help.

United StatesIt is not as advertised ocean beach, you have to walk to another property and a parking garage in order to get to the beach. Also it is a condo not a hotel. The apartment we rented was managed by Vacasa who they only care about your money, we reported that the apartment had issues and needed urgent repairs, they answered that a local team will contact us and take care of it, THEY NEVER SHOWED UP! Do not rent from Vacasa!!
