We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesBathroom sink was clogged, refrigerator froze food, tV didn’t work (kept saying no signal). When reported to front desk staff we were told we had to call Vacasa Customer service since we booked through them. Once we finally talked to them they sent someone to look at the items and only fixed the tv.

United StatesI have to tell you.... disappointed..... there were 6 bath towels for a WEEK for 3 people! Constantly reusing towels...same applies tor beach towels. There was no description of a SMALL cooler frig in the listing description.... no dishwasher either ... 4 folks, 4 spoons...with a marketing stating "these items are not sanitized". - who the heck wants that for kitchen materials when you have eat off the stuff....no mixing bowls and a terrible and inadequate description of even what should be a kitchenette!! I could hear the people above me NON stop...opening the patio door, rumbling around. The local employees stated they could do nothing I am in a rental.
