You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesThe knives in the kitchen were so dull you couldn’t cut anything with them, the dryer vent needs to be replaced it’s broken and jagged, literally shredded some clothes.
Beautiful house in a great location. Not far from grocery stores and other shopping. Also close to the beach :)

United KingdomSadly the place is not being maintained and the local management company are about as efficient as a chocolate teapot. We had to refer a number of issues more than once as they seemed unable to respond to more than one problem at a time. Always reactive and never proactive, they were a good example of who not to list your property with. So many things indicated that they don’t manage the place at all and appear to do as little as they can get away with. For example, on arrival sweet wrappers on bedroom floor, tv outside not working, freezer and water dispenser not working, bicycles all had flat tyres the list goes on and on - - - The rubbish bins had clearly not been put out for some time as evidenced by the photo once we got round to getting them emptied! To cap it all when we requested that we stay an extra night on the second day of our stay which was agreed through booking.com. After returning back to the property from being out for the day that we were originally due to check out, we found ourselves locked out as the combination lock had been changed ! We advised by email (our only way of communicating) and were told the original code !!! Too much of our holiday was spent dealing with VACASA so if you do choose a break at this place or managed by these incompetent people, be aware.
This place was in a great location and ticked most the boxes which is why we booked it for our relaxing break after 2 weeks in Orlando.
