The table for snacking/eating could be a little better. Lighting in this area could also be brighter.

The room was clean, spacious and well decorated. Lots of space to move around. Loved it all.

Out by the smoking area apparently some guests had a pile of cigarette butts laying on the ground, water in the 3 lounge pools looked dirty, and we noticed there wasn't really anywhere to hang your towels in bathroom in the room. But I wouldn't complain because I love these hotels.

I love the atmosphere and the decor of Margaritiville. I have been to this 1 and the 1 in Gulf Breeze/Pensacola,FL. Love both locations.

Pricing at the bar was a smidge outrageous considering they under pout quite a bit. However, it wasn't like it was a bad experience. The food was always great! I would just like to mention that we were paying a lot of money to be here... Maybe consider cutting the bar prices to at least be on average with the bars near the hotel.

Staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. Furthermore, we appreciated the location (right in the middle of the Gatlinburg strip). Moreover, the hotel stayed well staffed, clean, and room service was very efficient. For the price (179/night) we felt it was a decent value. Perhaps a smidge over priced. We felt that it was worth about 150/night this time of year but you truly got what you paid for. The bar in the hotel was yummy but the drinks were absolutely over priced, so that was a bit of a hit. Overall, we really liked the place and found it valuable that there were fun things available for both kids and adults.

The room was an accessible room, but the shower was not. Also, there were some people staying on the 4th floor where we were who were very loud at night. They woke us up once, and kept us from falling asleep another night. That was two out of the 3 nights we stayed there. Although they were patrons, their behavior negatively impacted our stay.

The lobby, bar, and pool areas had a very nice, fun vibe. The room was spacious.

Reserved through Booking.com, and it cost us $154.92 more, for a 4 night stay, then if we had made reservation through motel ourselves. We assumed that Booking.com would offer the best price. We thought that Booking.com, would stand behind their best price guarantee, but we called, and they would not.

Rooms were very nice & clean. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Location was very good, within walking distance to good restaurants, shops & other attractions. Enjoyed our stay, and although a more expensive motel then we are used to staying in, was very nice,

Everything about the place is exceptional, outside, inside. The lobby, shops, bar, restaurant, pool. All were bright with friendly staff. The room was large bright with a great deck with great views. It was the best hotel I have ever stayed in.

The only thing that really upset me about the stay there was when I checked out on the morning I was trying to leave and there was a vendor, Eagle Dist. delivering beer would not move his truck to let me out with my car. He made me wait until all of delivery was made. He told me it was deliverly day for all vendors and basicly i would have to wait. This is wrong. I know this has nothing to do with Margaritaville but vemdor should respect your guess. This issue does need to be addressed. Low rating on staff due to beer vendor. He represents Maŕgaritaville when conducting busness there.
