A bit small for a party of 4 with luggage ( hard to open suitcases)

So beautiful, set on the grounds of the owner's house (fruit orchards) but completely private. Parked right outside. Very safe. Very clean and modern facilities. All exactly as described. Check-in and check-out very easy. Very quiet. Great shower. Has a private garden, but it was too hot to sit outside!! Fully stocked with toiletries, toilet paper, towels and kitchen cleaning stuff. AC worked great. Will be back, when we are next in the area.

This place is amazing. It was the first place we stayed after landing in Miami. Comfortable, spotless and nice touches with toiletries, dishwasher tablets etc. A good collection of information provided about the local area too and we visited the everglades from here before heading down to the keys the next day. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

The ceiling height in the bedroom is pretty low, we both managed to bang our heads! Otherwise everything was great!

Upstairs bedroom ceiling height is very low so if you’re a tall person, just watch your head, you could knock it

And absolute amazing gem! There is nothing Maria hasn't thought of! I wish we could have stayed longer. 10 out of 10 recommended!

Fully equipped and home from home

It’s tucked away in a tropical fruit orchard yet not far from most anything. The barn is well equipped, clean and has a nice layout for a tiny house.

Maria was a wonderful host, and the tiny barn was amazing! Very cute and well laid-out space, felt bigger than it is, especially the bathroom. Would absolutely stay again!

Maria, the hostess, was very friendly and helpful! It was nice to be greeted by the friendly dogs several times when entering the terrain. All the instructions were clear and accurate and the barn was easy to find, following the instructions as received well in advance. The barn is beautiful, modern and well equipped. Everything in the barn was clean and well thought out. Also some nice details were included like a dishwashing machine including dishwashing tablets, baking spray/ oil, shower gels, soaps and even cotton swabs! It was also really nice to be able to use the guest Netflix to watch a movie on the television in the evening. We would undoubtedly recommend to stay here, especially also for the good price!

There were several ants in the barn, mainly in the bedroom. Maybe something can be done to prevent this. Also, while cooking there was no extractor hood, so the steam from cooking lingered in the air, making everything inside more humid.

The house is fantastic and comfortably furnished. Very nice that there is a dishwasher. There is enough room for the car in front of the house. Maria is very friendly and interested.

Everything was perfect!

It was a cute place with everything one needs! The pictures portrayed it accurately! We were there for 3 days to sightsee in the area and also drove to Key West. It was great for our short-term stay, but the upstairs bedroom had some steep steps and was very small, so we chose to sleep on futons to remain on one level!

The unit was clean and modern with all the comforts needed. The location was perfect for exploring the Everglades (south one day and north the next). The pricing was a good value.

The bedroom being upstairs and was small and had a very low ceiling. With that being said, we were only up there to sleep. Also, the hot water was not very hot. When showering, didn't have to turn the cold water on at all. Contacted Maria about that, but never got a response back from her. Was tolerable, as long as you don't like scalding hot showers like my wife does. Last, the toilet paper was the ultra thin variety. Not what would have been expected at a lodging establishment.

We (2 adults and a 20-month old child) booked for 5 nights and really enjoyed our stay. Communication was fast and easy, as well as the check in. The Tiny Barn has everything you need. We did not miss anything. Parking was easy in front of the house. Location felt very safe and it was very quiet in Maria's huge garden between all the trees. We did not hear any traffic. Kitchen was well equipped for the size of the tiny house. Really appriciated it to have a dishwasher. There has also been some children's cutlery. There is also a lovely private and fenced garden with a seating area attached to the tiny barn. The AC worked well and the bathroom was very spacious and well equipped. Bed was comfy and large enough for us three. Location is very good. There is a lot to do, shop or eat within driving distance. Perfect starting point for a day trip to the upper keys. Overall a great experience and you really get a lot for the very fair price! We would defintely book again! 10/10

There is nothing to complain about!

Perfect and cosy retreat to recover from sightseeing activities. Well furnished and equipped.

Mattress rather on the soft side (depending on what you prefer ;-).
