We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

It was very clean and comfortable. Excellent amenities and great place overall. Starbucks in the bar is a great addition!

Beautiful peaceful experience with in itself you don’t have to go anywhere it’s a vacation on it’s own and it’s located where if you needed anything weather it be good entertainment ,shopping ,fun family outings, literally less than a five minute drive.. I’m talking everything you need is within walking distance if you need anything and the property is set back in a beautiful landscaped garden nook .. I won’t stay anywhere else when I come to the Myrtle Beach area even the so called high class hotels on the beach strip can’t compare to the amazing staff and experience you get here .. Thank you for your hospitality and making memories.. .. your truly clients for life

United StatesThe front desk workers were terrible. No warm reception at all when we got there. When it was our turn, they didn't say, "Hey or come on up." Didn't make any conversation at all. When we went to check out the same thing. Didn't thank us or ask if all was okay bc we were checking out early. All we got was "put the cards in the basket." Maybe I expect more bc I am a businesswoman and know that there are hundreds of places we could have stayed, yet we chose your resort. You would think the resort we be more appreciative. They treat you like an inconvenience and that they could care less if you stay or not.
Everything was so clean and nice. Comfortable rooms. Valet crew was wonderful and so helpful. Bartender at the pool was wonderful too.
