bed was very dirty and blood stained had to get it changed the first night, the bathroom faucet was VERY loose, the room above us shower when showering ran into our shower from the ceiling, hair EVERYWHERE on the towels, walls, in the shower and even in the beds. coffee was terrible. had to take our own cookware, the phone in the room did not work and had to call from my personal phone if needed anything. the hair dyer did not work. no place to sit and eat the table that was there was way to small more like a night stand. no bucket for ice. the couch was broken on one side when sitting on it.

The air conditioner was great and kept the room cool, the view was great, tv worked in the living room unsure about bedroom never had it on. parking was great. staff was friendly, balcony was great. balcony chairs was good. the Price was good for 3 nights, microwave worked well. Fridge worked very well,

apparently it was remodeled. but the room was spacious for no reason. the ac water kept leaking on the floor. have 2 chairs but no breakfast table . the sink basin is soo wide for no reason you can barely reach the tap . no toilet paper holder . the rooms with beds smelled musty and so much moisture because of the ac on the wall . you can’t reach the ac to adjust the temperature . one elevator very small .

They do not offer any breakfast, the location. It’s great. If you wanna be close to the beach. Best still not so good. They only have one elevator that is very slow for running, and only one entrance. Most of the building is very old maintenance and cleaning is not the best. We stay for almost a week and nobody c came to take out the trash or my or swap or get any fresh new towels. He basically had to go down to the lobby and ask for towels if you need it towels, and that’s if they had any because all the time that we asked, they said they were doing laundry, but that didn’t had any and that was on the week that we stay.

Customer service of front desk associates were rusty...Last year the service was a 10 out 10...any and everything we needed and asked for were available and done in a timely manner...That is why we booked with them this year....however, This year we had to wait for pillows like 2 days because there were none available...1 toilet paper was also given in a daily basis when asked...however we were a family group so had to end up asking for 1 toilet paper multiple times a day every single day for the 2 rooms we got...I really hope the Guest services at front desk do a better job with hospitality..

When I got to our room the ac unit was taken apart and was laying on the floor and the sofa. The sofa was as stained and looked gross, toliet paper was no on holder, stuff on the ground. I spoke with the front desk guy who was extremely rude. He first made me wait for him to finish his food before he helped me check in, then helped another guess before me while I had been waiting. Then told me he was going to give me 30% off because of the way the room was. This was the worst stay I have ever had at Va beach. We were switched to another room the next morning but had to ask several times for items needed in the room. There was no trash can, no towels.

Door was not secure. It had a dead bolt and flip lock but extremely lightweight and did not seal well. Definitely could be easily broken into.

They only had double beds. We were unaware of that when booking. Our anniversary we ended up in a smaller bed. So we used the pull out sofa to make do.
