How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

The front desk staff is very rude. The property is not very clean and it smells very bad specially the hallways and stairs smell like people have pee around. The bathroom most things are not working or broken.

Verified reviewThe air conditioner was great and kept the room cool, the view was great, tv worked in the living room unsure about bedroom never had it on. parking was great. staff was friendly, balcony was great. balcony chairs was good. the Price was good for 3 nights, microwave worked well. Fridge worked very well,
bed was very dirty and blood stained had to get it changed the first night, the bathroom faucet was VERY loose, the room above us shower when showering ran into our shower from the ceiling, hair EVERYWHERE on the towels, walls, in the shower and even in the beds. coffee was terrible. had to take our own cookware, the phone in the room did not work and had to call from my personal phone if needed anything. the hair dyer did not work. no place to sit and eat the table that was there was way to small more like a night stand. no bucket for ice. the couch was broken on one side when sitting on it.

apparently it was remodeled. but the room was spacious for no reason. the ac water kept leaking on the floor. have 2 chairs but no breakfast table . the sink basin is soo wide for no reason you can barely reach the tap . no toilet paper holder . the rooms with beds smelled musty and so much moisture because of the ac on the wall . you can’t reach the ac to adjust the temperature . one elevator very small .

Lots of trash was left in the trash can from last guest . Doors need to be up dated. The circle thing on the door kept falling as to where you could see in the room. Notified the owners they brushed it off , said they would fixed it never did. The tv in the living didn’t work.

The living room air conditioner was not working. It was blowing warm air. The front door was missing the bolt lock at the top and the phone didn’t working. The towels had spots on them.

Verified reviewIt was right on the beach. Which made taking four little kiddos to the beach a lot easier.
The rooms are not cleaned daily. When it was cleaned, the staff would take the dirty towels but forget to leave clean ones. The shower did not work properly and only very little water came out of the head of the shower. There was no plug to be able to plug the drain to take a bath either. The pull out bed on the couch was horrible. If you planned on sleeping on it, just sleep on the floor. The cook top is very small and doesn’t fit a normal size pot. Make sure you bring some kind of broom because the sand is everywhere, and the staff does not sweep the floors everyday.

Verified reviewThey do not offer any breakfast, the location. It’s great. If you wanna be close to the beach. Best still not so good. They only have one elevator that is very slow for running, and only one entrance. Most of the building is very old maintenance and cleaning is not the best. We stay for almost a week and nobody c came to take out the trash or my or swap or get any fresh new towels. He basically had to go down to the lobby and ask for towels if you need it towels, and that’s if they had any because all the time that we asked, they said they were doing laundry, but that didn’t had any and that was on the week that we stay.
Very small parking lot, especially if they have how many rooms

This place is very run down. They only had one elevator that took forever to get to you. The housekeeping leaves a lot to be desired. They only showed up at my room once during our stay. They would have just walked right in except we had the security guard on the soor. The beds are rock hard. Plus there was a definite language barrier. It was definitely not worth the money they charged. I would not refer anyone to this place and I will not stay there again!!!!
