Good location close to fisherman’s wharf and some key attractions- Golden Gate Bridge, street trolleys (trams), fisherman’s wharf.

Staff were horrendous. Didn’t care at all about the (paying) customer. Service at breakfast was awful. Total rip off. $9 (plus tax) for a measly bagel; $14 (plus tax) for yoghurt waiter poured coffee and didn’t say you had to pay for it. Then said it’s $6 (plus tax) and tasted like crap! There’s a Starbucks on the next corner where you can get a proper coffee for $4 or across the road at Eight Am. Didn’t even tell us about the free bike hire. Not a mention at all which annoyed me as I bought separate bike hire

Location really good for Fisherman's Wharf and getting around.

$35 dollars a day 'amenity tax' which we were not pre warned about.

The toilet was broken at 1am, they told us to use the lobby restroom, they never came to fix it!

The room was a great size with tea and coffee making facilities. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom had all we needed. Breakfast was filling, with a fine selection of cooked breakfast, cereal, yogurt, fruit and pastries. The coffee and juices were delicious.

Next to no washing towels , only two large washing towels and we were three guests. No luggage room, the lady at the lobby told us to go to the hotel across the street and pay 5$ per luggage to store them. This is not the quality of service you anticipate when you go to a marriott hotel and not in accordance with the price you pay.

Even though the room I booked wasn't what I reserved they accommodated us and it ended up working out better for us. Thank you.

The value and quality of the breakfast buffet.

Bed was comfortable, shower was OK

I was charged twice for my booking and had I not noticed it would have been very difficult to rectify given I was only there for a few days. Manager quickly revoked the second transaction but it took some time to be reflected on my account. Staff were not that welcoming (they smile but don't seem that happy).

    We liked the recycled bottles.

The room not so spacey for a family. The WiFi was very poor. The digital credit/ or debit was not accepted. The checkout was not possible to be done the previous evening. The restaurant service was very poor and the food was poor in quantity and quality. We arrived very tired after 19 hour of flight and check in was very complicated and difficult.

Hotel rooms were fine and price was good.

The prices were very high in the bar and breakfast buffet was $35 each. $20 for a 5 year old.. no baggage kept at hotel after checkout. Referred to another hotel which was $4 for each piece of luggage plus tax. I would not book this hotel again
