The property is well located and is pretty modern and comfortable. They were doing construction so we had to walk a long ways to our room but no noise or bothersome from it. There is no hot tub

There is no hot tub, love me a good hot tub.

Very inexpensive for the size of the room, with a full table and couch.

The property was under construction and a maze, which was not pleasant with heavy luggage or needing to get out of the hotel quickly.

Clean room and the location is great. Lobby area has great facilities including coffee and pastries.

Gym is closed, and there was a lot of noise from the room above us through the night. I let the staff know at the time and in the morning and there was no response.

The location is perfect, easy to get to popular neighbourhoods. The lobby was very energetic the staff very helpful

I didn't like the remodeling and the out of service elevator during the tourist season! We had a very noisy group in a room above us, and they were constantly running and jumping til late at night.

This is not a hotel and does not offer hotel services such as breakfast. It is a nice “Airbnb”, with parking available for $90.

The rooms are modern and clean. The hotel is a short walk from Ghirardelli square where you find nice restaurants and shops. We had everyhing we needed for a great stay.

Our bedroom was far from the elevator, and it didn't look like the pictures. We could hear footsteps from guests above us, and there was construction happening nearby. Also, there was a weird smell.

The location. Just a short walk to the Pier area and shops along the pier.

The location is perfect for enjoying all that the Fisherman’s Wharf had to offer. Everything is within walking distance and for those things that are not a driverless car to your destination is a must. The room was spacious with good amenities and the staff were super friendly. Complimentary coffee and pastries each morning was also a nice touch. Although the property was being renovated during our stay it was managed such that it didn’t impact our stay in the slightest

The noise! The walls are paper thin! We was on the second floor and each morning and night all you can hear is the creaking of the person in the room above. Also when our neighbour to the side took a shower or used the bathroom it was like they were in our bathroom! Furthermore, although not early morning a 0900 call from the vacation club prompting me to collect a welcome pack and asking if I would like a 90 min sales pitch on the vacation club was not great. I thought pushing time share type deals was a thing of the past?

Parking was expensive

The location is excellent. The staff was attentive and accommodated our request for early check in which we appreciated considering our journey was over 18 hours. The staff assisted with a lot of queries and also suggested things to do in and around the city.

Aircon was bit noisy

Very good location. One staff member helped us very good (our luggage was delayed). Always fresh water available in 2 tastes. Very nice bathroom and good douche!

In the room there was little air and the airco was too noisy to put on at night.

Would have been nice to have a restaurant/bar serving some food or breakfast.

Great location. Very clean.

Laundry facility was under renovation during my stay. Inconvenient but not a deal breaker. Would stay there again.
