    The hotel itself is very nice. The rooms are wonderful, clean, big and spacious. The restaurant food was very good, but every morning the chairs were always full of crumbs. The restaurant is a nice place to eat, but they need a better cleanser for the tables and whip down the chairs after guests leave (that's why they got the lower score for clean). Otherwise, our stay was great. I'd stay there again for sure!

    I loved that the hotel is close to the boardwalk and gave access to two other hotels (mainly their restaurants). The room was clean and the hotel had a calendar of events for each day (first time experiencing this in the US).

    The on site breakfast wasn’t as pleasing and food was limited at the bar with lots of flies. The on site pool is too small for the hotel size however it is on the beach. Overall a good experience

    The property was beautiful and for the most part clean.

    I requested an Oceanview room. After waiting for about 15 minutes, my room was finally ready and she informed me that we have been upgraded to a junior suite. When I got to the room, our view was the parking lot. The food at Tulu restaurant was below par. They were understaffed, which showed in the service received. Also, if you are not a Bonvoy member, you will have to pay a daily fee to use Wi-Fi and a parking fee of $25 daily

    I liked the location. The lobby is very beautiful and the room was nice.

    I hated that I paid for breakfast to be included beforehand and every day there was a wait list of sometimes up to one hour. We are on vacation. We want to sleep in and breakfast goes until 11 which sounds reasonable but then you get there at 9:30 am and no... we had to wait until 10:30 to be seated. One day we got there at 10:15 and they wouldn't sit us. It's ridiculous for a hotel that size to have a restaurant that even though is quite big and has a buffet option says that they cannot sit you because it is understaffed. I hated that they feel that is ok to charge for basic things that a resort hotel should include: beach chairs! 30 dollars for each chair, 30 for an umbrella, 25 for parking, a mandatory 35 resort fee. I felt that they were robbing me the whole time. The pools are super small for the size of the hotel. We were never able to use it because it was always packed.

While we do make every effort to present all pricing information upfront during the booking process, I hear your concern clearly and we will absolutely review our communication methods to see what improvements we can implement to make the complete cost picture even more transparent for our guests. Your observation about our pool capacity is spot-on and honestly quite helpful. When guests can't enjoy the pool because it's consistently overcrowded, that tells us we have a fundamental planning issue that needs addressing.     What we liked about the stay was: - Staff, especially the front desk was very nice - Various places to eat available, so you don't have to leave the resort - Easy beach access with 2 chairs (umbrellas are extra fee though) - Very spacious rooms, great views from every room - Lots of activities, I loved the Sip and Paint (complimentary for hotel guests) - Late checkout for Gold Elite members

    Overall, I don't think the experience lived up to the "luxury" price tag. For the cost, I was expecting something a bit more elevated. What bothered me the most was: - The elevator. 22 floors and only 4 elevators. Most days there was a long line to get on it. The first day we waited 10 minutes and when the elevator finally arrived and people got off it, the doors closed before we could even get on, and almost closed over my baby's stroller!!! That seems like a huge hazard!! - We were there for 2 nights and requested room cleaning, yet our room did not get cleared at all. Not ideal, especially when traveling with a baby! - Limited in-room amenities. Not even 1 free water bottle, no coffee, no shower cap or grooming kit that you normally see at nicer hotels - Pool is very small vs the number of rooms

    I really enjoyed the convenience of being just steps away from the beach. I also enjoyed the outdoor tiki bar, pools and Orions Roof which served fabulous food. The staff was friendly and helpful.

    The pool was very crowded and we weren’t allowed to swim in the other pool which was much larger with very few people in it. We were told because we were staying at Marriott and not Embassy or the Cavalier hotel we weren’t welcome. I paid a lot of money just like everyone else and it felt a bit embarrassing being asked to leave. We ordered breakfast To-Go from The Cavalier Hotel and felt like the price for the food did not match the quality or quantity and they forgot to put everything we ordered in the bag. We didn’t bother to call back, or even go back because they were less than welcoming. I understand it’s a fabulous Hotel, but treating people with kindness and respect is more important to me.

    Clean and Relaxing place is a perfect for families

    Tulu restaurant is great but they have to review the menu Entrees only 05-06 choices means if you stay more than 03 days you will have to reorder same things. We went to Orion's restaurant it was very nice ! Maybe add more choices in Tulu menu or add variety of seafood or fish dishes.
