The only suggestion would be to upgrade beds to true queen size. While the beds are very comfortable they are somewhat small for more than one person.

Marshall’s is an easy walk to downtown Gatlinburg. The rooms are always clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. Great place to stay!

Did not like the water pressure in shower and there was no hand towels. They cleaned room everyday but did not sweep the wood floors. They were dirty since it rained everyday.

It was off strip so it was quieter.

Minor, very dusty under the bed. No counter space in the bathroom, but We were aware of this before We came, and We brought a small TV Tray to place next to the sink!

Nice, clean and Cozy Room. Had a rustic cabin feel with the wood in the room. Loved the rocking chairs by the front creek. The staff was very nice and full-filled out needs. Nice fire place type heating, and A/C and heater combo. We had to use both with the temperature change during our visit. Great Place to stay.

I could not find a key drop to check out in the morning. I had to leave before the office was open and after doing several laps of the office, I just left my room key on the desk with the room unlocked.

Old school keys and parking right in front of our room set the tone for things. We entered to the smell of fresh pine and a well decorated room with smart bedding. The walk to the main street was about a kilometer, not too bad considering the $20 fees if you want to park any closer. Being early to wake brings a special treat. Before the traffic starts, the air is filled with bird song and the calm of the morning is a stark contrast to the craziness of the main street in the evening. Best of all, it's a short drive to the national park where all the best experiences to have in the region can be found.

I can't say that I did not like anything except. Maybe the weather which was raining, everything else was wonderful. Highly recommended this place for couples or family.

We loved how charming the motel was. And the owner was so friendly and accommodating. The creek and the swing and the rocking chairs were great touches. It made it feel more like a cabin stay.

Enjoyed how clean the room was, as well as the size of the “mini” refrigerator! Plenty of room for our leftovers and microwave to heat them up!

The coffee maker looked questionable, so we didn't use it. I didn't see a lounge that had coffee, so that was the only downside. The room was smaller than I thought however we had all the room we needed.

The room was great and I'm pretty sure it's family ran, which I love! The location was great, the rooms were quiet, there was a great fire pit by the creek. it was an exceptional stay and we would go back. The price was fantastic as well.
