We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Very quiet and conveniently located (for us, visiting family)at edge of town. Breakfast was good, and restaurant menu looked good though we didn’t get to take advantage of it. Outside was not flashy but a very nice interior with good amenities.

The hotel Marshfield was very nice. We found it to be clean and nice staff. Comfortable accommodations. Nice gym and pool area. Staff was so sweet as well. Food was excellent!!! Free breakfast was awesome each morning and seemed so fresh!! Dinner at Libby McNeals one night was amazing!!! They really have a great cooking staff obviously!! Would stay again if we are back to the area!:) Recommended!!

United StatesThe pool had duck poop in it and the hot tub looked dirty. We realize that they are cleaned in the morning but perhaps a second quick cleaning would allow guests to use it at night. We only booked for the pool and hot tub experience knowing we had a long day of travel to unwind from. McNeil's had good tasting food but smaller portions and much higher prices than when we visited 3 years ago.
Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean although a little far for someone with walking disabilities.
